The "Lake House" home is conveniently located in Sand Hollow Resort, near the Sand Hollow State Park where an adventure is bound to happen, whether it be on the lake or the sand dunes. After you are done playing come back and relax in your spacious living area while enjoying stunning views. With 2850 sq ft, 4 bedrooms (Including Bunk House), 4 bathroom, and an open floor plan you will have plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Come stay at this 4 bedroom Vacation Getaway that includes a "Bunk House" which has 5 sets of Full over Full bunks for that Family reunion or Large group that wants to have an area for all the kids! You will still have 3 more Bedrooms in the home that are all beautifully decorated with the best linens and furniture to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We choose only the best for our Guests.

Talk about the perfect location, located inside the Sand Hollow Resort. 20 Minutes from Zion National Park, right across the street from Sand Hollow State Park. where you can enjoy your day on the amazing clear blue lake or up on the sand dunes. This is really an amazing Vacation Rental! It doesn't get much better than the Lake House so come on down and see for yourself!

You will check in at the Clubhouse in Sand Hollow Resort. The Reservation Specialist will greet you and explain a few things about the area. Then, you will sign a couple of papers and the representative will give you a code to get into the House from the Garage. That will be you main point of entry for your entire stay. You will not get a key for the home. You will however get an access card that will get you into the Community pools, Gym, etc around the Resort. A welcome message will be posted on here about a week before your arrival date with all of the specifics to check in and out, the address to the Clubhouse, as well as phone numbers of the Booking Coordinator and Owner just in case you need to call or test during your stay.

HOA requires all vehicles to be parked either inside the Garage or in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed and will result in a fine of up to $250 per car. If you need additional parking please let us know when you book so we can arrange it for you to have extra parking when you arrive.

How do damage deposits work?
