A cozy and quiet 65 msq. apartment which comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment conveniently located less than 500 metres from iconic Stephensplatz and Donau Kanal, overlooks the lush peaceful oasi of Rudolfsplatz square. This is a safe and vibrant area walking distance from many restaurants, shops and wine bars.

Elegantly decorated the flat features:

> Air conditioned Living area with sofa bed and Flat TV providing a great range of international channels and Free WI-FI throughout the apartment

> Modern kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, kettle, micro wave, toaster and Nespresso machine. All pots and pans, as well as cutlery, dishes and other cooking utensilies are also provided.

> Double bedroom with a 180x 200cm boxspring bed technology.

> Separate toilet and bathroom fitted with tub and shower. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

A valid ID/PASSPORT copy is required as a part of our check-in procedure.

PARTIES or PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Rental is calculated accordingly to the number of occupants and no extra guests are allowed at all times.

We have a strict NO SMOKING POLICY throughout the flat.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT times are usually flexible but the indicative times here provided need to be observed if other reservations are attended on the same day of your arrival/departure.
