Description
Perfect for up to 6 adults & 2 children, Riverside Cottage is located directly on the main riverfront in Wroxham making it ideal for exploring the Norfolk Broads and stunning North Norfolk coast and beaches. An ideal holiday destination for watching the boats pass by, fishing from your own private terrace garden or simply feeding the ducks and swans from your patio. FREE guest WiFi Internet is available during your stay if you need to stay in touch with the outside world.
Changeover days are normally Fridays and Mondays (but may be flexible out of season) and your cottage will be available from 3pm onwards on your day of arrival until 10am on your day of departure.
The cottage offers spacious living with two double bedrooms (one with kingsize bed and en suite bathroom) plus two twin bedrooms rooms and a second family bathroom. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. The lounge has stunning direct river views and leads to a small terraced garden with a boardwalk ad 20 ft. mooring should you wish to rent a small boat for the duration of your stay (day boats and fishing dinghies can be rented locally).
Located directly on the waterfront, Anchor Cottage offers the perfect escape throughout the year and benefits from gas central heating with all fuels included within your holiday cost.
The village of Wroxham (known as the 'Capital of the Broads') is located within a 5 minute walk of your cottage and offers a good choice of shops and places to eat and drink. Further afield, the beautiful sandy beaches of the Norfolk coast are within a 20 minutes drive and the City of Norwich is less than 15 minutes away by car.

“Brilliant weekend.”

Lovely cottage right on the water. Comfortable and welcoming. Very well appointed. Tea coffee loo rolls soap etc all in supply. Good time had by all. Would visit again.

“Holiday”
Very nice warm and comfortable everything we needed to enjoy our stay.Good location especially in the colder months when everything is so close. My husband enjoyed the fishing and caught quite a few.We would definitely stay there again .

“Excellent”
House was well equipped, everything we needed was there. Nice and warm, good heating system which we needed as weather wasn't that good.Clean and tidy. Super location. Everything went without a hitch. Will be staying there again.

If Nigel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
