This Self Catering Apartment has a fabulous community Pool and is ideal accommodation for up to 1 or 2 persons at a low budget and affordable price. The Apartment is a very well equipped and spacious and would be very suitable for someone who is seeking a long term rental. Free WIFI is available in the apartment

Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

The spacious lounge area is very comfortable equipped with Satellite TV with English channels, The kitchen area comes complete with a cooker, kettle, toaster, full size fridge with freezer cabinet, and all the usual kitchen accessories. There is a dining area with table and chairs The bedroom which is screened from the lounge is quite spacious and has a very large comfortable queen sized double bed and storage for clothes. The apartment shares the communal pool and communal gardens which is perfect for taking the Costa Del Sun, the gardens for the main house are for residents in that property.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for self catering including an iron, ironing board.

This is a very large one bedroom basement apartment situated on the lovely urbanisation Jardines de Nerja

This Apartment is maintained to a high standard and enjoys a beautiful setting at Jardines De Nerja with beautiful gardens and communal pool.Jardines De Nerja is on the edge of town with pool, mountain and Mediterranean views. Just a short walk away are shops, bars, tennis club and restaurants. The beautiful old town of Nerja has an authentic Spanish feel, you can enjoy choosing from many continental restaurants to eat in.

Very good road links make this a good choice as a touring base to visit Granada, Cordoba, Seville and Gibraltar. There are also many small white towns and quiet unspoiled beaches within a short drive.

The apartment is serviced by a beautiful community pool / Children's pool and is reserved for the exclusive use of the residents of the small community and therefore never crowded. The pool is only a short walk from the front door of the apartment.
