Stroll across the walking bridge over the river, peruse local shops, indulge in fresh donuts and craft coffee. Stop into an art gallery or take the kids to the park along the river, and dine on local foods. Located in downtown Chattanooga, this house is within minutes of the Tennessee River, Coolidge Park, The Tennessee Aquarium, Children’s Discovery Museum, and so many wonderful local shops and restaurants!

For the outdoor enthusiasts, this house is right next to Stringer’s Ridge Park; the trailhead to these wonderful hiking, biking, and running trails is only a few blocks away! The 92 acre forested property is nestled in the middle of urban Chattanooga. The slopes of this low ridge are easy to traverse and are perfect for taking your dogs hiking! Speaking of dogs, this house is pet friendly, so you can feel comfortable bringing your pets along. They deserve a vacation too!

For families, this house is a wonderful fit for children. While the backyard isn’t fenced in, it is private and plenty of room for your kids to run. Also located on the block is a children’s play park with slides, climbing areas, and a tire swing!

The back porch has an outdoor seating area, charcoal grill, and with the large oak trees in the backyard, it is the perfect place to relax in the heart of Chattanooga. The living room features a large sectional reclining sofa with plenty of room for your group! In the living room is also a large flat screen TV with cable and Chattanooga’s award winning high speed internet.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a door that opens up to a beautiful shady backyard! This door is the only way to access the back yard from within the house. Wake up and step out the door to the fresh morning air that the backyard provides! With an attached bathroom, the master bedroom provides privacy.

The other three bedrooms (queen, queen, and 2 twins) are off the hallway and share a bathroom with a combination tub shower. The well stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, standard drip coffee pot, and dishwasher to make cooking meals a breeze! Attached to the kitchen is a closet with a washer and dryer for you use throughout your stay.

Only a short drive or taxi (or Lyft/Uber) ride away from downtown Chattanooga, home to local restaurants and shops, this home is the perfect place to immerse yourself in all Chattanooga has to offer!

The Chattanooga, TN-GA Metropolitan Area, is an area consisting of six counties – three in southeast Tennessee (Hamilton, Marion, and Sequatchie) and three in northwest Georgia (Catoosa, Dade, and Walker) – anchored by the city of Chattanooga.

Note: Most of our properties are rural and wooded. Please do not expect a perfectly manicured lawn. We cut a little here and there when we see fit to do so.

You can hold up the ID while you take, or have your picture taken, and then send only one attachment. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
