Escape to paradise at Conched Out Villa, a grand 7-bedroom beachfront estate on the beautiful Long Bay Beach. Find the perfect group getaway at this large beachfront villa with stunning vistas over Long Bay Beach.
Conched Out has some of the most spectacular views you can find anywhere on the island. You may pinch yourself to make sure you’re not dreaming!
Fall asleep among gentle tropical breezes and the sound of the ocean. You won’t believe how many stars you’ll see on a clear night.
Notes:
• Conched Out features an optional pool heater, and guests may split the $600 A/C allowance between air conditioning and pool heating. Electricity is metered and will be shown upon check-in. Overage is charged at the current market rate.
• All our properties are offered double occupancy (2 per bedroom). This includes children and babies of all ages.
• The property manager will meet guests at the villa at 4 pm for check-in. A rental car is highly recommended for getting around the island.
• Occupancy: Rates are based on use by 14 guests (this number includes babies and children). Extra guests with a maximum occupancy of 16 are permitted at a guest fee. Rollaway beds are available for the two additional guests, but cribs must be rented if needed.
• Please note this property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. Please inquire directly if this is the time frame you wish to travel, and we will see if we can make it happen!
• AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given an AC allotment of $600 per week; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.

Response from the manager Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us! We are very sorry to hear you were disappointed in the management's level of service to you. We consistently receive rave reviews of them, so this was a surprise to read. We've never heard complaints about the kitchen's size -most guests agree that the space is well represented in the photos. Nonetheless, I can imagine having 14 people in the kitchen at the same time can be uncomfortable (virtually anywhere) -too many cooks in the kitchen! When you book with TC Villas, you have a designated management team, one of whom will meet you at the villa for a quick tour and will remain at your service (a call or text away) should any issues arise. It's important to note that the villa manager is not your private concierge, but rather, is there to make sure the house is properly maintained and that guests are comfortable while staying there. Having said that, they are always quick to respond when contacted with any issues or concerns. It is not protocol, nor is it stated anywhere, that the villa manager will be at the villa to personally check-out guests. For future reference, there is a meter at the villa guests can use to assess the usage of the A/C. In any case, this is typically sorted once the guest departs and the villa is vacant and ready to be inspected by the managers. All best regards, Your friends at TC Villas
