“Great value, perfect for young families.” Nice and very helpful owners. Very clean, well equipped, perfect for young families. very quiet location. Close to restaurants and local shop. We had lovely stay with our 2 and 3.5 year old boys. I would recomend it to everyone who want's to spend some quality time with own family, relax and rest. Perfect for everyone. We have actualy recomend it to our friends and they thinking of going there next year.

“Fantastic base for a luxury, lazy week!” My girlfriend and I had a superb week in this wonderful apartment. Pictures really can't do proper justice to the quality and attention to detail which make it such a luxurious, comfortable and relaxing space. Andrea could not have been more helpful prior to our arrival, including sending us his extremely thorough and reliable summary of lots of the restaurants in the town (which we worked our way through lots of!). We were greeted at the apartment by andrea's lovey friend Elisabeth who provided us with plenty more useful hints and tips for enjoying our stay in Cagliari. All in all, we can't recommend this place highly enough!

Luxury Penthouse with View on the Sea
Stylish and well equipped apartment in really good location, wit

A well-equipped and stylish apartment in a really good location with a lovely private terrace in the old town, near to Via Roma, but no traffic noise. Near to lots of restaurants and three minutes walk to the shops, both local and the more stylish ones on Via Roma. Andrea, the owner, provided superb recommendations for restaurants and for things to do, both in Cagliari and further afield. These proved to be invaluable and really made our stay special. The apartment is very well appointed, quite charming, and the kitchen was well equipped, with all the essentials provided. The coffee machine was particularly good. It's worth noting that as the top-floor, it's up several flights of stairs and, as it's in the old town, parking nearby can be a problem -- though it's straight-forward to stop and drop-off or pick-up right outside the door. For convenience, we parked in an underground car-park about 10 minutes walk away, though there is on-street meter parking a lot closer to the apartment. (I would have rated the apartment excellent, if it had easier parking, but that would be almost impossible in the old town -- so that's the trade-off for such a good location.) On the subject of parking, it's on a typical narrow street and so, if renting a car, don't get anything too big! It's so well located that you don't need a car for exploring the lovely town of Cagliari. All commnunication (via e-mail) with andrea was clear, helpful and prompt and the deposit was returned straight-away. Check-in was slightly problematic because of a commumication problem with the friend of his who did this, but everything else went very smoothly, including check-out with the same friend. We'll definitely stay there again on another trip to Cagliari. … see more

Best ever

First of all have to say thanks to wonderful owners who are very welcoming and kind. We stayed with our little one in the beginning of June and place was really clean and tidy. Supermarket is very close and it is in a walking distance to the centre as well. I definitely recommend this as a great place for families with small children as they have a space to run outside as well.Area is quiet, perfect to have your best holiday! … see more
