Two Bedrooms Duplex Apartment with Sea, Mountain and Pool Views, close Beaches and Amenities.

Sleeps 4, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, Duplex with shared pools and 3 large private terraces. Air con available for an extra fee. This superb holiday apartment is furnished to a high standard and offers magnificent views over nearby mountains, sea and overlooks the fully developed gardens and swimming pools. Located within a small and quiet gated community of 33 units, called “Las Colinas de Princesa Kristina”, on a hillside in La Duquesa area; this Duplex apartment is within few minutes drive of both local and several stunning wild beaches, Golf courses, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pubs and the lovely port of “Puerto de La Duquesa”. It is approximately 7-800m from the beach and local amenities. The apartment is 100sq metres and in addition it has 3 large terraces (46 sq m).

The apartment at La Duquesa would ideally suit 2 couples or a family with up to 3 children looking for a quiet stress free base to explore the many historical and cultural sites. Minutes from Puerto Duquesa and Sabinillas and a fifteen minute drive to Estepona or Sotogrande. A place to get away from it all, family friendly, yet easy to find deserted beaches, even in the summer. Gibraltar is just 25 minutes away or Malaga, just less than 1 hour. In Manilva, just up the hill, there are tapas bars and further afield Gaucin and Ronda are well worth a visit. Casares, a typical 'White Pueblo' clings to the hillside and provides an interesting excursion. There are sea sports all along the coast and whale watching from Gibraltar.

This holiday apartment is within easy reach of 3 airports: Gibraltar Airport (25 min), Malaga Airport (55 min), Jerez Airport (1.5 hours).

I can understand that you can be disappointed because we had to claim £100 Damage deposit - which is a policy of holidayLettings/ tripadvisor booking T&Cs. Throughout all the years this property has been rented out on this platform we never had to claim that deposit back because we always had honest guests. Unfortunately this time around we noticed a damage post your departure. It's worth mentioning that you did refuse to settle that dispute which we did not want push further. As a result, you did not pay the damage deposit in the end (unfortunately for us). I welcome all travelers to leave their feedback but i do appreciate when the feedback is honest. Kind regards

You are right, the 2nd bedroom downstairs could be too bright at night so we're planning to put some blinds for those who likes it bit darker...Also we're going to replace metal chairs on 3rd terrace since they've got worn out after the busy summer as we had back to back booking from late June till end of September. “Fantastic Apartment and rounds, super helpful owners”

We stayed for a week with children aged 8 and 13. Lovely duplex apartment with all mod cons. 3 terraces ensure that you can be either in or out of the sun all day. Well kept grounds and very quiet pool. Owners very helpful and go out of their way to help make the stay enjoyable. Highly recommended.
