I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful trip in Provincetown! Your townhouse is beautiful and a perfect location! You were exactly right we really didn't need the car once we got to your place. We did use it to go to Chatham, a really pretty town too! We did a morning and a sunset whale watch, they were both fabulous! Not to mention, tons of shopping, really neat shops in ptown. We also did the pirate museum, very interesting! I just wished that we had planned more time to see some other things on the Cape. You were right there is a lot to see! We went non stop just about every day! The weather was absolutely perfect. We had a wonderful trip! Your place is really quaint and very comfortable. I loved how it was decorated! We had no real problems with anything. We did get there very late Friday night (we got lost in Boston), so I am glad that the light was on!! Everything about the place was just perfect. Well, I didn't mean to write a book on this, but I wanted you to know that we had a wonderful trip! Thanks again for letting us use your place. Cheers!
P.S. the people watching was awesome!!!!
Your PT abode was the perfect place on a cold and snowy holiday weekend. We arrived during the height of the storm on Friday and found our way through the cobblestone path and upstairs to #3. Since we were the only ones, we trekked through the snow and needless to say, were very happy to arrive.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Your home was very pleasant, warm, clean, and central to everything. It was one of the best condos I've stayed in during my many years to Ptown!
I imagine summertime is very pleasant, the deck, the views, things to do. I'd be interested in a week-long rental during the summer. I don't have any dates in mind but if you have any openings, please e-mail me back.
I'd be glad to serve as a reference. I've rented many condominiums and homes in town these many years, mostly on 'the high end' because attractiveness/comfort, location and cleanliness is important to us. #3 was priced right for the weekend during the season is the right price considering all of the above PLUS the view!
I'd recommend it, gladly.
Again, thank you for sharing your special place.

Where else can you find a place in Ptown that is so right in the heart of things, and yet not plagued by the noise of Tea Dance or some other event blaring away just 10 feet away?
Used to stay at a place near the Boat Slip. Forget it. Too much noise and activity. Sure I love that when I'm at Tea Dance, but not when Im sitting on my deck or inside my condo. I cant believe I put up with that other place for as long as I did.
The Mews Condo's is a nice community of "Summer People" who come year after year here. I like that. It used to be the Mews Restaurant on premises maybe 20 years ago until they moved much further East to it's present location. Now you have a bunch of art galleries and an internet cafe on the premises. I love the feel as you walk in, cobblestones and gardens, down a walkway to the condo. It's not right on Commercial Street but much closer to the beach... actually right on the beach... with a little bit of a buffer between the condo and the street. Our old place was right on the street. So at 2am when Buffy and her girlfriend were having a fight outside your window (it seemed like a nightly event at the other place) you could never get any sleep. Not so at this place. You only basically hear the breezes/waves coming in over Ptown Harbor. I've never slept better.
The condo itself is really nice. I like that there were two floors of living space. If my partner has friends over and I want to take a mid-day nap upstairs, I dont have to listen to them. So I guess maybe I'm getting old? Haha
When you walk up onto that deck for the first time, the views are mind blowing. Quite honestly, I felt that way all week. I never wanted to leave that deck. All the neighboring units were really nice people and most were people who are there for the summer. I cant wait to go back next year and meet up with them all.

We were highly impressed with this condo, so when asked to provide a review today by the owner we gladly do so!
Being able to stay at this condo made our vacation to Provincetown stress free, relaxing and so enjoyable! The owners were very accommodating and made renting their condo extremely easy. They were friendly and available if we had any questions. We loved how neat and clean the condo was. It had a very home-like atmosphere. Comfortable furniture, fans throughout the unit and the **wonderful** breezes off the deck were great after being all over a hot town all day. It was also quiet! We didnt hear any other vacationers being noisy or stomping around (for apartment owners you know what I'm talking about) We loved eating breakfast every morning on the deck over looking the harbor. The kitchen was accessable with a microwave, toaster, stove, fridge and pots and pans. But honestly the town has about 50 restaurant choices so eating out was fun. Beach access was incredible. The beach is literally right dow about 10 steps from the condo deck. We did not have to worry about packing up the car and finding parking to get to the beach. We took long walks on the beach every morning. We went out to dinner, shopped, did Whale Watching and fishing, danced until all hours at the clubs, hit the Piano Bars and shows... and basically enjoyed all that Ptown had to offer (which was alot!). Great for singles, families, couples, or friends. We will definitely be back. We are very thankful we found this wonderful condo to make our vacation even that much more enjoyable and we highly recommend it!

We felt like we found the Rainbow's end when we discovered this place... This is a wonderful place - I love the fact that it is set away from Commercial Street, yet in seconds your right in the heart of everything. We managed a week without needing a car, everything is very walkable within minutes. Not too far to walk to all the fun night spots. Beach is right there!
The home has two bedrooms and 2 floors of living space, one bedroom with a super comfy queen bed and one with two singles. Great views from both! I've never slept so good to be honest - must be the fresh sea air! Seemed like it had endless hot water and good water pressure also. The kitchen and living area are great, but the best was a Fantasic deck area which is your own little piece of heaven overlooking everything - the beach, the main wharf/harbor and the town! We basically lived on the deck, even at night. I couldnt get over how many stars there were...
Loved the fact that we had our own little internet cafe right on the property that serves drinks. Although the unit has fast broadband internet, sometimes I want to have people around. It was great to not have to go too far. You'd never know it was there otherwise and it closes at 10PM every night so there was no late night noise. It is surrounded by art galleries and overlooks the harbor. They have a bunch of leather couches and serve coffee & cocktails (no food) Very low key and a nice group of people that run it.

This two bed bayside condo is a real find in Provincetown. If you're a regular visitor as we are, you know how hard it is to find a place that's both central and quiet and right on the water. in fact, some would say that a place like that is a myth...but this is the real deal.
Situated on one of the wharfs right in the center of town overlooking the bay. it's a sweet place that is seconds away from the Lobster Pot...or the Post Office Cafe or, or or. Yet if you're not in the mood to go 'to town' you can sit out on the deck watching the boats and it's as quiet as if you were in some apartment on the far west end.
Plus it's got all the amenities - a well stocked kitchen, two bedrooms, lots of linens and pillows, a very comfy couch and tv/dvds in both bedrooms and the living room (great for when you're traveling with kids). Plus it comes with a parking space.
the only "down side" to this place - which was an issue for us one year - is if you've got less than ambulatory parents. there are several sets of stairs one needs to navigate getting to the apartment as well as getting upstairs to the bedrooms. if you've got knee problems or a good case of arthritis and stairs are an issue, this may not be the place for you. But, if you're one or two younger couples looking for the perfect place to stay that won't cost an arm and a leg; that's right in the center of town; that's on the water and quiet when you actually want to get some sleep...this place cannot be beat!

We have been a few times. This location tops all.
We love Carnival! But in 2011 we had a place right facing Commercial St and couldn't sleep all week. This place is set off the street down a long cobblestone path and faces the beach/water. This year, at night we listened to the ocean instead of the usual stupid conversations of people leaving the bars at 2am and talking outside the window of our B&B; about senseless things until 5am. Yes I love going to the Boatslip too, but I decided that staying on Commercial St was just a bit too much noise for my life. This is the best of both worlds.
Carnival is a great week. You cant get much better than this location when it comes to the parade and all the activities of the week. But if you want to be able to have some peace and quiet and get away from the crowds from time to time, this is the place.
Convenient location and a super cute place, with amazing views - thanks we will be back!
Thanx! We are glad you enjoy your time at our little Paradise!

This cozy 2 bedroom condo is everything the description says it is...
1 - Right in the center of town
2 - Directly on the water
3 - quiet
4 - And a great place to stay for a couple, small family or two couples who don't mind close quarters.
We stayed here 3 years in a row and really enjoyed the place. The beds are comfy, the kitchen well stocked and it comes with a parking space!
The only downside to the place is there's lots of stairs...stairs to get to the apartment and a set of circular stairs to get to the second floor. So if you're a family with a young child or an older couple, this place could be a challenge. Also, in the 3 years we stayed there we could never get the TV/DVD player to work. By year 2 we just brought our own stuff to watch when we wanted a quiet night in but, having kids, it was annoying not to be able to turn on the tv on a rainy morning.
Despite those two drawbacks, we would absolutely stay here again!
