This prestigious light property of enviable size is situated within a green and quiet area with open panoramic views on the mountains and the sea, in the small village Kuljače above popular Kamenovo and Miločer beaches. Not far away you will find town Budva. Although in this region are Monasteries Duljevo from the XIV century and Monastery Vojnići from XII century, this area is very sparsely populated which adds charm and value.
It is a charming old house, built in Mediterranean style of stone and wood with a private parking and a spacious terrace, the stylish tavern, mountain marquee with a stone roaster and amazing views of the Adriatic. The house is the best choice for family holidays and your wedding in the Montenegro.
Away from a noise and crowds of the coastal Montenegro, just 3 km from the beach Kamenovo and 6 km from Budva there is a cozy famous village Kuljace. It's the center of the history and authenticity of the Mediterranean discoverers. Here is a peace of calm and silence, voices of a birds, and the clean breath is filled with aromas of the mountains and the sea. Good entrance and closed parking of the Mileva manor allow you to put without problems up to 3 vehicles. A spacious 4 storey house with an area of 250 meters hospitably accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 separate bedrooms.
On the space Mileva a lots of greenery, flowers and pleasant places for fun. You can cook BBQ and enjoy the food and views in the mountain marquee. Breakfast on a large wooden terrace. Take a sun bath and shower on the balcony. And in the evening to organize a dinner or a banquet in the stylish tavern, which is located on the ground floor of the house. On the second floor you can find a spacious living room with fireplace, sofas and armchairs where you can relax in the shade after a hot beach and listen to music. Beside the kitchen with all necessary appliances, including dishwasher. Here is a spacious bedroom with a queen double bed and a private bathroom with a washing machine yet. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Two of them are equipped with queen double beds and some sofas, and a third with two single beds. On the fourth floor - a cosy attic with a sofa, a wardrobe and a balcony. The house and tavern decorated in Balkan style with a lot of pleasant things, matched with a German pedantry. All rooms in the house have air conditioning and double-glazed windows. The clean water comes from springs. The house has satellite TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. Due to its location and privacy, and the presence of a large capacity tavern with professional kitchen, Mileva estate is perfect for family holidays and celebrations, including weddings and honeymoon.
This is a great place for family rest. Your advantage is in the safety, silence, peace, greenery, the singing of birds, stunning Adriatic Sea views.
