In bucolic peace of the Umbrian countryside, surrounded by a 4-hectare property, a villa with 2 bedrooms and 1 clearance room, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, dining room and kitchen, (180 square metres) can accommodate 3 people, they will find comfort and privacy for a holiday elite. The House is situated 1 kilometres from Castiglione del Lago (Perugia) ancient town of Trasimeno, from historic and artistic with malls, hospital, swimming pool and beaches. Perfectly restored and furnished, equipped with central heating makes it possible to visit all the main art cities of Umbria and Tuscany, also with the train you can reach Florence and Rome in an hour and a half. Ideal for honeymooners and a living room with a baby (we provide cot complete with everything), there is an enclosed garden, you can also bring your dog or your cat. We also have a car with a driver who comes to take on arrival at the airports of Fiumicino, Ciampino, Florence and Perugia Sant'Egidio. On site there is a possibility to rent a car and have it available in front of the House upon arrival. Consider also the possibility to spend the Christmas holidays in a place of peace and tranquility. We wait for you with a bottle of Grechetto cool to celebrate and welcome to Trasimeno Lake.
