Beautiful chalet with private pool in Alcanada, Alcúdia, in the north of Majorca.

This fantastic semi-detached house has 210 m2 of land and its capacity is for 8 people. It has lovely views of the Bay of Alcúdia and the beautiful garden. You can relax on the furnished terrace with stunning views of the sea. In addition, the house has air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, a garage (two cars), WIFI, and a satellite TV.

There are four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious and bright dining room. The main terrace is ideal for having lunch or dinner while you enjoy the good climate of the island and contemplate the views of Alcúdia Bay.

Although the garden is connected to the neighboring semi-detached house, its usage is exclusive to your rental home.

The property is situated in a residential area, near the sea. Alcanada stands out for its tranquility and peace, ideal for spending your family holidays. There is a beach with sand and rocks next to the apartment. You can also swim in its little calas (small beaches) with crystalline water and rocks if you prefer. The residential zone of Alcanada is 2 minutes away by car from Puerto de Alcúdia. There, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and boutiques. There are bus stops and taxi stations.

- As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot/cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms and the living room.
