Spacious one bedroom apartment with twin beds and additional sofa bed, It has uninterrupted south facing sea views. The patio area is ideal for relaxing in the sun, or the communal pool, a few yards away,is ideal for cooling off or entertaining children. This is a relaxing apartment located in the peaceful and secure Atalaya complex, it comes with a safe, 32" Samsung TV,

Free unlimited WIFI, Freeview TV channels & selection of sky sport & Movie channels ,Fridge with Freezer compartment, Hob, Microwave, washing machine, ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Linen and towels are provided, with a mid holiday clean available at an extra cost of 40 Euros. The local, very well priced Spar is literally a few steps away, making it ideal for carrying shopping back to the apartment. The sea front is 5 mins walk, with a huge selection of shops bars and restaurants, all great value for lunch or evening meals. The beach at Puerto del Carmen is extensive and immaculately kept, with a wide range of water sports. Beach/Pool towels are also provided. The apartment was also totally rewired in July 2018.

“Great Location”

This lovely apartment is in a great location very close to all the lovely bars and restaurants plus just a 5 minute walk outside the secure complex there’s a spar shop with all you’ll need to get you started for a nice break,when we booked this apartment we decided to get picked up from Airport by the lovely Vinka who told us the best bars and restaurants to go to , you are only a 10 minute walk to the main strip where all restaurants and nightlife jump out at you so no excuses for not enjoying yourselfs the apartment itself has absolutely everything you’ll need for a great break and very clean and tidy with and we will certainly be booking again for another slice of the lovely winter sun in November, spot on .

“Perfection”

Perfectly situated quiet apartment above the Spar in PDC, up 2 flights of steps with locked gate. Apartment fully equipped, home from home here. Full sun on apartment terrace till around 1.30pm, use of sunbrolley until then which suited my husband. Didn’t use the pool which was up further flights of steps but it looked lovely. Loved the large sun terrace reclining chairs and padded sun beds which came with the apartment. Shower doors were difficult to slide which Vinka had pointed out on our arrival however easily remedied by my hubby using Vaseline on the runners, problem sorted. Could have done with mosquitoe net for bedroom window since it was hot at night, but had a fan there which we were able to use. Thanks Angela for a wonderful stay, hoping to book with you again soon
