Brand new luxury 3 bedrooms villa, all the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms can sleep up to 7 people (and the possibility to add 1 extra bed for a child if you need) ONLY LESS THAN 1 KM FROM FAMOUS PUERTO BANUS PORT.
Urbanisation Hacienda El Palmeral is located in Marbella famous golf valley Nueva Andalucia, a beautiful complex in an exclusive residential area next to Puerto Banus. The Villa is a townhouse style built on 3 floors within a private gated community of 35 built houses. 303 m2 of house construction with 2 terraces of 20 m2 each and a private garden of 40 m2 where you can enjoy cooking in the barbecue with a lovely view over the community gardens. It distributes in a nice large living room with dinning area, a fully equipped kitchen with Siemens appliances & Miele washing machine and tumble dryer and a toilet. Air-condition hot and cold in all the house and flat smart tv screen (65" inches) with Satellite TV (movistar television), also free fiber optic WI-FI internet is available in all the house.
On the first floor we have the master bedroom with a Emperor size bed (200x200) with a walk in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi, a separate shower, smart tv (55" inches), safe and terrace with sofas to relax under the sun.
The second bedroom has a double queen bed (150x200) also with a walk in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with bath and 32´inches tv.
The third bedroom is situated on the second floor has 3 single beds (90x200), en suite bathroom, a big wardrobe and a lovely private terrace.
There is no need of using a car as everything is near but if you want to hire a car you can park it outside the complex as has plenty of parking spaces!.
The urbanisation Hacienda El Palmeral is a gated and securitized community with a tropical gardens, kids can play safely inside the complex, there is a large adults and children swimming pool with sunbeds (sun loungers) and life guard (the lifeguard is there from 15th July until end August). Walking distance to a large numbers of shops, restaurants, night clubs, coffee shops, ice cream shops and bars. There is an Supercor supermarket grocery next to the house open until 2 am and a Mercadona Supermarket around the corner. Many lovely and famous golf courses in a couple of minutes drive, walking distance to Puerto Banus and the sandy beaches in 10 minutes from the house.
We provide free of charge bath towels, beach towels, bed linen, hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped so your stay is better than a 5 stars hotel!
There is no private parking but there is plenty of parking spots outside the complex (picture attached with the rest of the pictures of the house) so parking outside the complex is not a problem!.
There is 24/7 security car that patrols around atalaya de rio verde every night so as you can see is a very secured place.
