Casa Sueno is a private villa located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the exclusive Conchas Chinas neighborhood along the desirable south shore of Puerto Vallarta. The villa is nestled on a knoll overlooking the aquamarine Banderas Bay, and is enveloped by lush foliage, banana trees, and other tropical vegetation. The views, breathtaking, extend for miles. Mid-December to early April you might see a mother humpback whale teaching her calf to breach. Enjoy the tranquility of Casa Sueno, and yet be only several minutes walk to the beach and a 5-minute drive to the Romantic Zone, the best part of town.
Casa Sueno offers the clean lines of an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, and curved archways throughout. Most rooms in the villa open onto a patio and expansive ocean and tropical forest views. There are two air-conditioned master suites, each with a king-size bed. We offer high-thread count cotton sheets and either hypoallergenic or down pillows, depending on your preference. Each master suite has a private bath, and each bath: double sinks, tiled tubs, and interior garden space. We also provide hair dryers, shampoo, and body wash.
The lower tiled terrace of Casa Sueno features a heated infinity pool in which to drench oneâs senses on the calming bay waters and stunning tropical sunsets. Gardens provide pool privacy, total seclusion. We provide plush beach towels.
Consider Casa Sueno the perfect vacation home away from home: there is a large-screen TV, DirecTV, and wireless Internet. There is an extensive DVD movie library; and for your music pleasure, a CD player, a docking station, and both interior and exterior Bose speakers.
Upon your arrival at Casa Sueno you will be served complimentary cerveza (beer), chips, and homemade salsa and guacamole. A staff of 2 is included in the rates as well as an on-call property manager. The staff not only keeps the villa and grounds tidy throughout your stay, they are also available to shop and cook two meals a day. The cost of food and beverages is additional. If you choose to dine in, a staff member will present you with a grocery receipt. Please reimburse that person in cash.
Whether you are on vacation, celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or honeymooning, let Casa Sueno fulfill your tropical dreams.TripAdvisor property ID 2140026...Read more

My husband and I arrived early, we thought this had been arranged. We were put into the spare bedroom for 2 hours and told to be quiet. Not the welcoming we were anticipating!
The view and pool area are absolutely beautiful. These were the only two things in it's favor. Mother and daughter team only seemed to understand English when it suited them. They left us alone on a Saturday and Sunday with absolutely no food. We ate hot dogs bought from a local store. We searched but never found the beach. The walk down and back was the steepest hike I've ever been on.
When anna did cook (seldom) it was never what we requested. The food was not great. We ate out every night we could. Local restaurants were great!
We planned this trip because of someone who had stayed there and loved it. Never again. We had wanted a villa for our 30th anniversary to remember and cherish. We will stay at a resort next time, if there is ever a next time.
On a positive note (other than anna and her mother) the people we met were fantastic. Shopping and all tourism were great adventures.
I would love to visit the area again, but would never stay at this villa again!
This review was a long time in coming. But in the 6 years since our stay and listening to others, for what we paid for and received, we were definitely robbed.

Well, so much for my Spanish and history of Mexico! Here goes: I hesitate to write this review of Case Sueno Tropical for fear everyone will discover this gem and it will get booked solid. But I must say, \"This is a fabulous property\"! I have been to Puerto Vallarta several times but have never enjoyed my previous visits as much as I enjoyed this visit - thanks to my stay at this villa. It is a perfect blend of indoor/outdoor living with an uncluttered, breathtaking view of the ocean and mountains. I loved sitting on the terrace with morning coffee enjoying the view, surrounded by beautiful, colorful flowering shrubs and lush vegetation. We even had visiting hummingbirds each morning along with many other varieties of birds! The infinity pool was definitely a favorite spot (along with the nook off the master bedroom where the hammock is!). The house is well-appointed, very comfortable, immaculate and private. The bedrooms are private and each has a large bathroom - making it ideal for couples travelling together. I loved the architecture of the home and especially the stained glass windows. It truly has all the comforts (and then some) of home - right down to a great selection of movies and music. If you feel you must exercise, just open the gate and walk the hills of the community - better than any incline treadmill I\'ve ever been on! The staff is attentive and friendly without being invasive. And you must take advantage of their cooking expertise - we enjoyed the chicken enchiladas with verde sauce and Cristina\'s flan is a real treat! If you\'re considering visiting Puerto Vallarta, do yourself a favor and experience Case Sueno Tropical - you will not be disappointed.

I am back in the office today, having a hard time to adjusting wearing shoes, but just wanted to let you know we had a marvelous time at Casa Sueno Tropical. It literally could not have been any better. The house is fantastic and the staff, well, there are no words. They were so wonderful! Anna\'s cooking was unbelievable. A fantastic honeymoon if there ever was one! We promised we would be back as soon as possible!

We had a great time on our vacation to Puerto Vallarta. Casa Sueno Tropical was a very inviting home. The concierge staff for Villas Caribe ensured that we would have a fantastic time. I look forward to my next booking with Villas Caribe.
