Our comfortable and affordable beach condo is located on the breath-taking oceanfront property at Pat’s at Punaluu on the Windward side of Oahu. A gorgeous beach for leisure or recreation awaits you...merely paces from your doorstep. Our vacation condo is an ideal choice for a secluded romantic getaway or for a relaxing family/group vacation for 1 - 4 people without the crowds and congestion of Waikiki...all at a reasonable price.
The beach and ocean water at Punaluu are unique with long stretches of white sandy beach, perfect for a refreshing morning or late afternoon walk. A sandy shoreline and a protective outer coral reef provides year-round mild and safe ocean conditions for children, swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking. Sleep to sounds of waves and wake up to beautiful ocean sunrises. Come and experience paradise in Punaluu.
Our charming one-bedroom/condo with refreshing and open themes throughout has sweeping panoramic ocean and mountain views. This fourth-floor unit sleeps two in the sleeping area and a twin trundle bed in the living/dining room provides an additional sleeping area with a second twin bed that pulls out. The unit is located on the north corner of the main condo building, providing ultimate privacy. The spacious wrap-around lanai provides an additional 200+ square-feet for dining, reading or just enjoying views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range/oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee-maker, cooking pots/pans, dishes, utensils, and a multi-purpose counter for dining and entertaining. Other amenities include: free Wi-Fi high-speed internet, phone with free local calls, cable TV (with DVD player), videos & book library for all ages, linens, beach towels, and an inside washer/dryer. Also included are beach recreation items including: beach mats, sand chairs, and BBQ utensils. Free parking is available.

“Amazing!”
I booked this back in December, and was terrified of what we were walking into based on some recent reviews of other units. Let me say, we were exceptionally pleased with this unit. The owners were super responsive to all of our inquiries (which were many). The views from this corner unit were better than we could have hoped for! Even when we were inside the unit resting from multiple beach excursions, the views of the ocean remained amazing! We saw turtles every morning, and the multitude of fish on the corals were enough to keep me in the water snorkeling most days. Yes, there was construction, however it was only during the day and it was not bothersome. They have a grounds crew that cleaned the beach daily. There was not a lot of beach at high tide, but the snorkeling kept me off the beach anyway, so it was still wonderful. I did not experience any sewage or seaweed odors that other reviews complained about. We would definitely stay here again. If we could move here, we would in a heartbeat! The only downside we experienced was the lack of air conditioning, but as in other reviews, I slept on the daybed in the living room and was fine (my husband slept in the bedroom area and he didn’t have any issues). We had a rental car and would tell you to drive up to the Foodland grocery store (turn right out of parking lot and drive about 20 mins). There is a closer store, but I would not recommend it. Apparently, buses run daily, so even if you do not have a rental car you should be fine. I did not realize they have shopping carts for use at the units as well, so look for those when carrying up groceries. If you want a nice quiet, low touristy type vacation, this is the ideal place!
