Fully furnished apartment in CapCana, a beautiful private resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The apartment is located on the ground level, Building 3 of the Aquamarina Condominium. Pristine views from living and master bedroom areas of the turquoise ocean waters. And the best part, just foot steps away walking directly out of the covered terrace onto the the pool and beach areas.

The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed, desk/bench, cable TV, large bathroom with jettub and shower, hairdryer. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds, cable TV, bathroom with bahtub shower, hairdryer. The apartment also comes with private, fully furnished maid quarters.

Cable internet service is available in the apartment; WiFi password is written on router label.

The AquaMarina health club & spa, beauty salon and fitness gym are all located two buildings down next to the Concierge Reception desk.

CapCana is conveniently located 10 minutes away from the Punta Cana International Airport. CapCana boasts some of the most beautiful beaches with 5km of white sand and palm trees. Only five minutes complimentary shuttle ride to magnificent Playa Juanillo or the ex-PGA Punta Espada Golf Course.

Back in 2006 when I bought the property I was looking for a private and peaceful place to share beautiful times vacationing with the family. Since then it has become a family tradition to spend Holy Week and Eastern Holidays in CapCana; precious times spent with the family.The apartment is very spacious; 2 large bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a big kitchen with everything you need; a fully furnished sleep-in maid quarters for our maid Yolanda who pampers everyone, but specially my grandchildren, starting with morning breakfast and all kind of munchies; you don't have to worry about cooking, cleaning, beds, laundry, etc..she's awesome and very accommodating.

How do damage deposits work?

If TONY (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
