"Our new home in Punta Cana"
Left on 06/08/2015 for a stay in January 2015
We love our new home in Punta Cana, in fact, my kids would like to move in and live there permanently. The condo is very convenient. Location could not be better if you don't want to bother with the car and be able to go everywhere. Big beautiful supermarket is walking distance. We were not interested in bars but they are all around as are many restaurants. We loved Balicana restaurant right next door though. Great food with lots of variety and amazing juices and drinks. There is also a Tronco beach restaurant next door which had delicious stuff. There is also a lovely market place with all kinds of local fare, souvenirs, jewelry, hats, blankets and suchlike in plaza Pirata on the beach. It is very fun to walk around and it is seemingly open at all hours. The condo itself could not be nicer - you get exactly what you see in the pictures and more. It is big and very conveniently appointed. We were two adults and two kids and we had plenty of space. Nice bedding was provided for all the beds as well as plenty of towels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may possibly need and everything is clean and taken care of. We did not have any issues with using the hot water heater and air conditioning worked great as well. Wifi worked great. The terrace view is to die for - you look out on to the ocean. White ships go by. Parasails. Surfers. Kids can just run down the steps to the beach and back. Nice showers by the beach. The beach is gorgeous. Clean, great shells to be found, very calm in the morning for wave boarding and great evening waves provided lots of body surfing and...

This is our second time staying at this fantastic property. As before, everything was wonderful. It is located few steps from the nice beach. It was very comfortable for uor family. And the bedrooms are roomy and private. A perfect setting for a group of friends, or a large family. There are two large bedrooms. The pool is near the resraunt with asian food, and was spectacular. The maid Marianella , does not speak English, but she is a lovely lady and very accommodating. She accompanied us into town to do the grocery shopping. The wifi worked quickly, and we loaded a english films into our computer.
We definitely renting this gorgeous villa for next vacation.

We thoroughly loved our stay! The room very adequate for a couple on vacation. It has a big kitchen that allowed us to store/prepare food and drinks for breakfast and lunch. The condo has a great pool. On the beach you can find a lots of children and adult activities and restaurants. The beach is few steps only. We plan on hopefully staying here again next Spring break!

Stayed January 2015, traveled on business. My husband and I visited Punta Cana with his company which was for both business and pleasure. We came with a group of 10 people who stayed at various condos. I found this beach house to be very clean, beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We had rented a car and the private parking made it very convenient. The house has a fully furnished kitchen and we have cooked a lot as we both prefer home-cooked meals. We did have some dinners at neighboring restaurants and the food was quite good. The beach was beautiful, lots of snorkeling for one of my best memories ever!

Wonderful attractive villa in Bavaro. I would definitely stay here again. Close to everything. Took awhile to find.Arrived a bit hungry but resort offer a lot of places to eat out. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent view from the balcony and the beach really in couple of steps - we were going there without shoes! very comfortable that there are always available sunbeds and umbrellas and no need to "reserve" it early in the morning. we even left our towels on the beach while lunch and nobody ttok it. staff chenged towels any moment and were available 24/7. late evening we were trying to get taxi from disco to come back to residence and there were not any so we texted to our host and taxi came in 2 minutues! very happy with service and accommodation, and for sure reccommend this vacation rental!
