“Absolutely amazing!” There was nothing we didn't love about this vacation! The condo was spacious, clean and had all the creature comforts of home. Wifi is always a huge plus when traveling out of the states and makes things so much easier for us to keep up with. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed massages on the patio not once but twice as it was so beautiful and the massage was so fantastic that we couldn't help ourselves! It is conveniently located and we easily traveled around to different beaches. We saw monkey's everyday on the way in to the complex, such a neat experience. The beach club is conveniently located right next to Father Roosters which quickly became our favorite hang out spot (Try a mint margarita! it's a must!) I would recommend this vacation rental for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the view or head out for adventures and come home to a safe, secure and clean place.

My husband and I travelled with our four children...our two older ones aged 18 and 19 each brought a friend along. Our younger ones are aged 10 and 11 and we took my mother as well. There was a total of 9 of us and each and every one of us has nothing but great things to say; Villas Casa Loma is perfect for any age! Whether you are vacationing at Villas Casa Loma as a young family, through to a senior such as my mother you will be able to experience life, fun, peace and tranquility at its fullest. We met other vacationers who continue to stay at Villas Casa Loma each time they go to Costa Rica, sometimes staying for six months at a time...we can understand why as we will definitely be returning! “Costa Rican Paradise” We stayed here for 8 nights to attend a friend's wedding at the nearby Westin resort. We are so glad we chose this route instead of staying in one of the bigger hotels. It was peaceful, accommodating, clean and gave us a real taste of Costa Rica. The locals were wonderful and the nearby beach and few restaurants in the area, is all you need to enjoy your own piece of paradise.

“Postcard Views from House with Many Special Spaces” This property greatly enhanced our time in Costa Rica! Clean, spacious, and nestled up on the hill providing the most amazing views of the entire bay. My favorite part about staying in this property is that it has so many unique and special spaces that fit our different moods throughout the trip. The pool was a great place to have breakfast and watch the sunrise, to catch some rays midday, or to hang out with each other or friends at sunset and at night. We discovered many comfortable nooks to read our books and cool down when taking breaks from the sun. The kitchen was accommodating when cooking meals just for the two us and when cooking large dinners with friends. The entire suite upstairs was beyond words - allowing us to move indoors and out seamlessly. It was practically like having our own self-sustaining apartment upstairs away from the rest of the house! We utilized the owners' book of local attractions and preferred service-providers. We are so glad we did. Their recommendations allowed us to easily book transportation right from the house to two amazing day trips - ziplining and a river cruise to see monkeys, crocodiles, birds, iguanas. We also had a massage therapist come right to the house, allowing us the opportunity to enjoy professional massages outside on the balcony as we listened to the surf below. Costa Rica is a magical place in its own right. Staying in this property only amplified the magic. This house made us feel like we had a temporary home in Costa Rica!

“great location” we have stayed here for the last three years and the group I travel with have stayed here even longer. There is a small pool in the center of the house/villas and you can walk to the beach! It could use a few new pillows, but overall it is clean and they do come in daily to clean up after you. Dave Malbon is a really nice guy and extremely helpful! WE love this spot in Costa Rica!

“I'd stay her over and over again” Condo Tortuga is the perfect location for me. It's situated away from the main strip of Playa Guiones, towards the Gilded Iguana end of town. This means you are an easy walk from either part and you can get away from it all at the condo. Also, it's just 5 minutes to the beach, so perfect for my early morning and sunset surf sessions! The kitchen has everything you need and I found the bed and sofas very comfortable. There are nice little touches all over the place and Gary and Karen have put a lot of effort into making your stay a good one. You have to read their folder on things to do and see. It's the Nosara bible! There is a nice pool and that is looked after well. The condos, pool and grounds is surrounded by a wall and there is someone in the gate house 24/7. This gives that extra feeling of security. I've stayed in a couple of other condos here too. Each time, I've met and socialised with other people staying here too, so it's always been fun. My tip? Buy some meat and cold beers and fire up the grill :)

“A tropical getaway with all the comforts of home.” Property management staff was very helpful with all our arrangements, even arranging transportation from the airport. Felt very safe in the complex, very nice young lady came in twice in the 7 days we stayed and cleaned and straightened up. The home was beautiful with wonderful sunset view. We were 5 adults who were attending a wedding at Diria and we had plenty of space. The resort is beautiful, staff was very helpful and friendly. Just about all the restaurants we ate at were reasonably priced and the food was delicious. You could also walk to the little grocery stores. The pools were wonderful and the grounds were impeccably kept. The nightclubs close fairly early and the casino was small but all in all we loved walking around at night and felt safe. The roads and sidewalks in Tamarindo are undergoing improvements so driving is a little crazy. "Double yellow lines mean nothing in Costa Rica". Riding to and from the airport was an adventure in itself. I wish I could go back - 7 days was not enought to see this beautiful country.

“Awesome and Totally amazing!” The Condo: This was our first visit to CR and at the risk of sounding very repetitive, I am going to say it anyway. This Condo is absolutely amazing! We were actually taken back by the views, the weather, and beauty of it all. The condo itself is very well maintained. The beds are very nice and excellent to sleep on. there is usually a very nice breeze that can get strong at times so you need to be careful of the bedroom doors. The condo is relatively close to the beach at say 200 to 250 yards. The local terrain is very hilly and as such it us a little bit of a walk uphill when you come back from the beach. Our Garmin and Trackit Maps didn't show Oceanica on any of the categories so you may have to use the resort right across the street to find it as addresses are not used in CR at all. We give this one 5 star rating!!! Well worth the time to visit. Daphne: Daphne was absolutely the best host you could ever ask for! She provided all the information I asked for and needed. She even graciously helped with the car rental (Economy). Daphne is indeed kind and tremendously gracious. Restaurants: We chose to eat at the local restaurants (locals call them Sodas). There are a good number of these within say 5 miles and all are wonderful. Local CR cuisine is amazing and filling. Even though we do not speak Spanish it wasn't that hard to figure out and order food. Ticas and Ticos are wonderful people. We would definitely go back in a heart beat!

“just as advertised” This is really a wonderful condo, just as advertised it had everything to offer. It is very clean inside and is quite cozy. “Piccollo Paradisso” Playa Conchal has everything I was looking for in a vaccassion:An amazing scenery, white sand beach, a calm blue ocean and a friendly staff eager to make the stay memorable. The condo is extremely well maintained with large bedrooms and showers and a large kitchen . It is very comfortable and easily accessible to the beach club with the shuttle service or by walking. The beach club has a great pool,spa and gym. There is plenty to do during the day, and at night there are shows and the casino. I have been in this same condo for three years now and it has become my vaccssion spot for the summer, beach club
