Modern spacious house in Playa Chiquita. This beautiful great house is located in the jungle but only 5 min away from the ocean. 2 spacious bedrooms with private bathroom, full equipped open kitchen in a luminous living room. In the second story you will find a mezzanine with a double bed.

You can enjoy and relax on the spectacular terrace and listen to the sound of the ocean surrounded by lush tropical gardens with hummingbirds, monkeys, sloths.This place is great if you want to be steps away from the beach but close enough to all amenities.

Have on mind that in this house we use rain and well water, we recommend you to get safe water for drinking and cooking

This gem is set in a very small, private community. It is surrounded by wonderful nature, many birds to watch every day, toucans and monkeys. It features two large, complete suits, each at opposite side of the house and each with a private bathroom and terrace, which communicate to the main living area.

The central part of the house features 6 meters high ceiling, gourmet kitchen, and a living room with a wrap around view of the garden, seen through 3 meter tall, sliding glass doors behind which extends the pool and gardens. Further features that are included in this offer are: WiFi, high end fixtures, built in oven, microwave, parking spaces and a well."

Response from the manager Hola, thanks for your comments, first of all the house description indicates the beach is 500 mts from the beach, you need to walk to get there... the house DOES NOT have AC, only fans as indicated in the description, the room upstairs is a little hot all day, but at night the temperature usually is fresh and cool, actually we provide blankets because clients request them. The check in and check out times were dicussed with you by email and you agree on them, actually we were flexible about this, usually the check in is at 3pm and check out at 11am. The dogs you mentioned are the neighbors dogs, they don't go inside of the house unless you let them in... No fence in this property, that's right, in this area we gladly don't need fences to live, we just enjoy the opennes of the environment and nature around us. Wish you had a better experience. Saludos!
