The property is 50 yards from the road and the apartment is located on the bottom floor of a 2 store level house,

This is a private gated property of 120 acres.

Private trail starting next to the house.

We are located at 2,8km, from down town Quepos (5 minutes driving distance, on the way to the hospital, airport) and 15 minutes driving distance to Manuel Antonio National Park and the public beach.

Easy access to down town Quepos Where you have all the amenities: bus every 20 minutes for 20 cents and private transport or taxi will pass any moment and pick you up on there way for a cost of $1 one way per person. private taxi will cost $4 no matter 1, 2 or 3 persons.

Access to the beach and national park, bus leaves every 20 minutes from Quepos down town for 50 cents, you can catch it to different s stops on the road.

Hotel Layla resort, at 300 meters distance offer a bar and restaurant service plus nice swimming pool that you can use for a cost of $2 or free if you consume. (friendly people)

Tennis club and teacher are also available in the back of the property. (check for price and info)
