“Just a lovely place to stay” The house is situated in a small, authentic village at the foot of Troodos Mountains right at the entrance to the village. It is an ideal place for someone who is looking for a tranquil holiday to rest on the large terrace, to have breakfast under the olive tree in morning sunshine and to enjoy the view over the village and the mountains. Yet, the location is perfect, too, to go to the beach just 30 min drive or go for wonderful walks in the mountains or even do sightseeing near Limassol. The house offers a beautiful atmosphere with its authentic countryside furniture being fully equipped and spacious, specially enjoying a resting stay on the terrace drinking the delicious organic wine offered by the owners.

“dont tell others, we love it so much, we like the village as it” tochni village is a special peacefull village were we stay in the middle of the village so we are part off the people who live there. we're on our own and have our own car so we dont have to deal with the company at all, still it is nice to have them when theres need to. the village is on a beautyfull place with vieuw to the mountains and the sea. central to visit most nice places around . when u come to visit cyprus its very importand that u know a bit about the resent historie, so when u re there u have to visit some pieces of the green line and let the people tell there story. try to make a visit to a few of the beautyfull monestry and go to the nice mozaiks in phafos. special is a trip around the coast, u see a lot of different natuur and lots of nice small beaches. when u want to go for diner go to a small town and try the local restaurants. these are much nicer an tastfull than the big ones in the city. dont forget to go for sunday lunch at zygi. and when the temperature is to hot try a day at the troodos mountain for a nice nature trail. u see cyprus is special, beautyfull, quiet, the people are kind an the food is very good. thats why we come for over 12 years to cyprus and made a lot off friends there. thats why we love it.......

“if you like to be in touch with country and people in a traditio” The service was prefessional, friendly and efficent. The Takis houses are very individual, you have to know, which one you like. It is not a uniformed holiday facility but with character, taste and very convenient. Our family loved comming home from the beach, journeys to Limassol or elsewhere. You can walk through your village, see people sitting in front of there houses or in the café one get to know each other if one likes that. Everybody is very friendly but respect if you like your privacy. In the houses you find everything you need. You can cook, be inside if needed, you have the possibility to sit either in the patio or on a balcony. It is not too loud but life is going on in the village. If you need absolut silence it is not the right place. We loved it and prefer the way of holidays. If you like to feel the culture in which you spent your holidays, if you like a more individual approach and not the holiday inn's you are at the right place. We now go for the third time with our two boys and we love everything there. In the evenings they even can go to the local football ground and play with the local kids. The weather during October is just right. It was always lovely and very warm but not boiling. We could prolong our summer in a perfect way.
