We love to travel and have experienced staying in numerous hotels and resorts and various accommodations. The first day of any vacation is always worrisome, since we need to get short-term supplies from the nearest convenience store. We want to spare you the agony of first day anxieties, and welcome you with complimentary amenities:

Awesome community.

The unit is inside Le Grand Tower 1, along Eastwood Palm Tree Avenue, w/c connects to Commerce Road, your direct link to Eastwood City’s vibrant retail block.

Access to the building is limited with 24-hour guard and receptionist manning the door and lobby.

Swimming pools, shower and dressing rooms, gym and a walking/jogging path are available for use by guests and residents.

Awesome place for guests!

Our condo can comfortably accommodate two adults in the bedroom, and two adults on the sofa bed. It is our home away from home, and we hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

All our electric appliances are energy-efficient, and as Earth-friendly as reasonable. Use electricity responsibly. You’ll feel good saving the earth too!

Keep the place clean as you would your own home. Broom, mop, rags and cleaning agents available in the cupboards.

Check-in/Check-out

Our normal check-in time is after 1pm and check-out time is before 10am. But if you want an early check-in or late check-in just inform us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Security Deposit.

On arrival we will ask you for a P10,000 ( or US $250 ) security deposit.

We reserve the right to charge you for any breakages, loss, damage, expenses incurred due to unusual repairs and cleaning.

But if you use electricity responsibly, keep the place habitably clean, and you don’t break anything, then we’ll happily refund your security deposit in full.

Identification.

A copy of passport of all guests is mandatory before arrival. You can send it to me by email.
