Description

The main house 'Il Ciliegio' is a very old farm, dated around 1200, on the road which goes from Belforte to the sea. The house is exposed to the south, between the forest and the valley of the cultivated fields surrounded by tranquility and nature. We are not far from Belforte, only 300 meters on foot, along the panoramic and characteristic old footpath. The other way to reach the village is the dirt road (800 meters) by car. The farm is located along the route of migratory birds; wild animals, common to the area, can frequently be seen. Our family lives in this agricultural farm and practices traditional agriculture according to biological criteria. We produce cereals, corn, sunflowers and olive oil.La Ripa is a farm in the peaceful and relaxing country of Tuscany, near a typical village called Belforte (300 mt), originated around the year 1000 as a fortified castle. It is a ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the heart of Tuscany, nearby the main towns of art.

Il Ciliegio is the old country house, divided in two floors. At the ground-floor there are: the living-room with the fire-place and a piano, available for our guests, one table with chairs, a big sofa, one double bed-room, one bedroom with two single beds, two bath-rooms with shower, the kitchen, TV sat and stereo CD. From the living room, you can reach the first floor with an internal staircase, where you find a 30sq m attic, with a double bed, a bath-room with shower and a little kitchenette with a fridge. In the living area there are a sofa-bed for two people, TV sat, a stereo CD, Dvd. Here air-conditioning is provided. It is possible to enter this attic also from the external private garden. A little terrace outside can be reached both from the ground-floor as well as from the external stair-case. Guests can use the common swimming-pool and sunbeds. Central heating is provided.
