Description

Well designed studio in the famous Migdal Moshe Aviv building (the tallest tower in Israel) right next to the famous Ramat Gan "diamond zone" and 4 minute walk to Tel Aviv Merkaz train station. The view is breathtaking especially at dusk where the setting sun reflects on the sea.

Childrens' beds are available on request as are extra beds for adults. Great for entertaining or just enjoying. The kitchen has a built-in quality oven, 4 hobs and pots and pans, fridge and freezer and cupboards for storage. We also have 2 folding tables so one can easily entertain for up to 10. Tableclothes, towels, linen can be provided.

The advantage of the tower is there is 24 hour concierge, a spacious lobby for receiving guests and meetings and immediate access to great restaurants - from cafes and fast food, snacks and ice cream to quality gourmet food. There are also shops and supermarkets in a few minutes walk. There is a synagogue in the building. Wheelchair access is possible with four spacious super fast lifts. Observant guests can also benefit from a shabbat lift on saturdays and holidays.

Another advantage is access to public transport - both train and buses. The Tel Aviv savidor train station is a central hub with links to all stations in the country without changing. There is also an adjacent bus terminal with links direct also across the country. The Ayalon motorway is a couple of minutes away and buses throughout Tel Aviv area and also the country.
We respect privacy and also happy to help so guests are welcome to ask questions and make the most of my local knowledge. We will try and deal with special requests especially relating to children because we have a lot of kiddie equipment.

There is an excellent gym and semi olympic pool in the building but it requires a separate entrance and payments
