Randazzo is located on the North Western side of Mount Etna, at 750 meters above sea level in the heart of the parks of Etna, Nebrodi and Alcantara, and its spectacular gorges. Connects with the jonica coast, crossing the S.S. 120 through the outlet on the coast of Fiumefreddo di Sicilia (CT-ME) which is 30 km and the Tyrrhenian coast, crossing the S.S. 116 on the coast of Capo d'Orlando (ME-PA) which is 70 km away. Its geographical location makes it easily accessible centres of Taormina, Acireale, Acitrezza, Catania, Messina, Enna. Randazzo are visible traces of high artistic and documentary value of Greek, Roman, Byzantine, Arab, Norman, Aragonese. Objects of interest are preserved in the churches of Santa Maria, San Nicola and San Martino where rises the "most beautiful campanile di Sicilia". Visit museums, the Castle-prison, the Royal Palace, the Clarentano Palace and traditional manifestations of medieval festival and the parade of "Vara" on the occasion of the feast of Maria SS. Assunta of 15 August.
