“Best place to stay on the beach!” We had a great vacation at the "3 Seas Cottages this past week, in fact, it was the best relaxing vacation we have had in years. Everything was as advertised and much more. We checked in on Saturday and when we return from the beach we found a tin of cookies on the porch that Susan the owner had baked for us. When met Susan later that day we found her to be the sweetest person you could every meet and so accommodating. The place was perfect, right down to the soap in the brand new outdoor cedar shower. The neighborhood was so quiet it reminded me of stepping back in time when life moved a much slower pace… Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly as they walked their dogs, walked to the beach, or took a night stroll to dinner. The location is perfect because it’s only a 10 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and the restaurants. The entire place has been very recently renovated, the furnishings and the attention to detail is top notch. We enjoyed shopping at the local markets, produce stands and cooking in the kitchen and on the gas grill on the patio. We spent a few evenings just sitting on the screened-in porch listing to some jazz music and drinking a bottle of wine, it was heavenly. We enjoyed ourselves so much we booked it again for next summer the same week.

“Awesome little cottage” The cottage was the perfect size for us and Paul was amazing to offer us help with everything from food recommendations to locations of certain places like the Dogfish Pub. He put me at ease with the process and being so helpful. We wanna come back next year

“Another great beach week” We returned to 15B for the second straight summer, and for the second straight summer we enjoyed a great week! The new outdoor shower was an added bonus and matched the high quality of the rest of the accommodations. Susan, the owner, makes everything very easy with the parking pass and use of the nice beach chairs and umbrella.

“Vacation Rental Was Everything We Wanted and Then Some” This rental was beyond comfortable. We loved the terrace outside and the fact that we could have our 2 small dogs stay with us. We were all very comfortable. Everything was super clean and the the special touches (like all the flowers) made this rental very welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again given the chance. Close to everything. We had an amazing time in Rehoboth and staying at this place had a lot to do with that! This was also very easy in terms of renting - FlipKey, the owner, etc. Book this place now and enjoy your vacation!

“A perfect getaway!” This is a beautiful home. It is clean, comfortable, spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. Within minutes of shopping, beach, boardwalk and numerous restaurants. Three swimming pools and tennis courts are also available. Had a wonderful time and will definetly be back!

“Fab rental” We spent a week in this kind belt home! So much great space... terrific kitchen with all kinds of cooking utensils, pans etc .. we usually ate breakfast and lunch in and out for dinner. “Lorelei II Ocean City MD condo” We would like to thank you for allowing us to rent your Ocean City condo. The drive can be hectic, but we arrived to comfortable, clean and well-appointed living spaces. It was a beautiful and spacious; plenty of room for our family to all gather together or relax in their own bedroom spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay; complete with the “little things" like salt and pepper, pizza cutter, etc. The unit also had the convenience of getting some much needed laundry done, especially after a few "salty" days at the beach or a dip in the pool. The televisions and WiFi came in handy for that one rainy ‘do activities indoors’ day. The unit is true to the photos and video you have online. Again, we had a wonderful time in Ocean City and your home was an excellent place to stay. We look forward to renting from you again in the future.
