Built on an elevated spot at the village of Agia Triada, just 9Km away from the renaissance city of Rethymno, Villa Hara offers breathtaking views of the sea and Psiloritis Mountain. Set in an area of magnificent natural beauty, surrounded by gardens of pretty flowering shrubs and fruit trees, Villa Hara is also conveniently located close to shops for your everyday needs. In 1-1,5 km you can find a mini market, pharmacy, 3 tavernas and a butcher. The small village of Agia Triada is appointed in the narrowest point of Crete, which gives you easy access (within 40 minutes) to the most beautiful Southern beaches of Rethymno, making it an ideal holiday base for your trips and excursions and is located just 5,5 Km away from the closest beach. Given the location of the village and the landscape, there are numerous attractive hiking and cycling routes.
Layout
Villa Hara brings a traditional home feeling to your holidays, with its Cretan character, decorated in a rustic manner with traditional furniture. Built in 2006 and renovated in 2012, the property consists of 2 buildings in two different levels -a 120 sq.m. main house and a 50 sq. m. separated studio- and can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 9 people if needed in its 4 bedrooms.
The main house on the ground level features the living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area boasts an open fireplace, 55’’ smart TV, as well as direct access to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and home appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine, as well as a dining table. Each of the 3 ground floor bedrooms offers a double bed, individually controlled A/C, closet & direct access to the garden. One of the bedrooms enjoys an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage cabin, while the remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub, a washer/dryer and hair dryer.
The autonomous studio on the first floor has its own private entrance and hosts the fourth bedroom with a double bed (which can also can be set up as two single beds upon request) and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. Additionally, the studio features its own lounge with fireplace, as well as a kitchenette. Finally, the studio offers direct access to the pool terrace.
Outdoor Area
Set on a private field of 4.000 meters, the exterior of Villa Hara enjoys breathtaking views over the endless deep blue of the sea and sky, but even from the balcony you may have views of the whole city. The Villa combines an elegant natural setting with full privacy, allowing to completely unwind and relax. It’s the perfect choice for travellers who value quality, privacy and the experience of a true holiday. The outdoor facilities include:
- A private, 20 m² private swimming pool, 1,60 m. deep. The pool area is equipped with sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower and umbrellas.
- In the garden there is a built-in barbecue facility and a seating area under a big tree where you can enjoy a meal or drink under the shadow. We will also provide you with everything that you might require such as charcoal.
- Οutdoor sitting ad dining areas next to the pool under the shade of a pergola.
- A spacious garden with area for kids to play and a playground spot next to the pool.
- Parking space for 2 cars outside the Villa.
