Step inside this beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home located in the Fairway Ridge South neighborhood in the Westside of Reunion Resort. Overlooking the 6th hole of the Jack Nicklaus golf course, this recently updated home offers up to 12 guests a spacious floorplan, themed children's bedrooms, game room, upstairs den area, and a relaxing private pool, all while being only 6 miles to the gates of Disney!

The open concept living area is decorated with greys, blues and neutrals and has comfortable seating from which you can enjoy a late-night movie on the 70” 4K SMART TV, complete with a soundbar and subwoofer, or admire the panoramic views of Florida's blue sky and western sunset. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The formal dining table has seating for up to 8 with a breakfast bar with stool seating for 5.

The downstairs master bedroom en suite is decorated with calming neutrals, a King size bed, and a wall-mounted TV. There is also a half bath and separate laundry room with a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board on the main level for your convenience.

Guests can venture to the recently renovated garage game room. Here you can enjoy a game of table tennis, darts, or basketball. If that doesn't interest you, check out the geometric neon blacklight wall!

As you make your way upstairs to the large den you will find an 8ft slate pool table and a 50” wall-mounted TV to enjoy from the bar area. There is also a second wall-mounted 50" TV with a PlayStation 4 game console and two chairs for children to enjoy.

Also upstairs, and to the rear of the home, is the Master with a King size bed and en suite, both overlooking the pool and golf course. Two further bedrooms, (both themed) with a Queen and two Twin beds respectively, share a "Jack n Jill" bathroom (themed). To the front of the home is a Queen/Queen bedroom with en suite.

One of the best features of this home which must not be missed is the outdoor area. Just outside the living area is a large deck, pool, and spillover spa that is surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Jack Nicklaus golf course. Enjoy a meal al fresco with the family at the 6 seated dining table or soak up the Florida sun on one of the four loungers or oversized chairs.
