For someone who wants to walk to a lift and be close to town (and at a reasonable rate) this condo fit my needs perfectly. Everyone in our group slept comfortably, we were able to find enough utensils in the kitchen to cook most of our meals and the heated garage kept everyone comfortable and safe before venturing out.

The only negatives: there were no hairdryers in any of the bathrooms (we were given one by request and had to return at checkout), no kitchen linens (and the dishwasher was out for 2 days, so we resorted to bath towels) and the owner's overuse of private storage and the lack of bedroom drawers made everyone resort to living out of their suitcases.

Other than those minor issues I'd stay here again if we visit Breck again. But, the "we really don't care" attitude of most of the Breck resort staff didn't make me anxious to return.

Thank you for your review! We always like to hear from our guests and this is great information for us to make sure that our units are getting the attention needed.

I have forwarded the information on to the Owner of Riverbend #107 to note the need Hair Dryers in each of the bathrooms and that there is a significant lack of storage in the unit for guest’s clothes. Housekeeping has also been alerted about the kitchen linens and they will make sure all future guests have these items.

The note about the resort staff is especially upsetting and I am very sorry to hear about this. I will be in touch with the Breckenridge Ski Resort, as we are all in the customer service business together.
