A Great Ski Trip

My wife and I spent a week of late-season skiing at the Trails End Lodge in Breckenridge, CO. The condo was close to a ski lift as well as the town. The condo was very comfortable and met all of our needs. We were able to ski all day with a break for lunch at one of the many nearby restaurants or retreat to our condo for a quick meal and a bit or rest. We loved having he condo so close to everything.

I would definitly recommend the Trails End Lodge for both singles and families. We will be sure to try to book this place for our next trip to Breck.

Happy Hours

The best happy hour is at the Whale's Tail on the main street. They have $2 mixed drinks and cheap but EXTREMELY tasty wings and shrimp. My wife and I consider ourselves fine diners, but we also love great food at low prices. We also ate at the local steak house, Kenosha, where they had a $10 special which included an 8 oz steak and 2 sides. I wasn't very hungry that evening so I ordered the special and was blown away by one of the most juicy and tender steak I've had in a while. We recently ate at Ruth Chris in Park City, UT and the steak at Kenosha was much better.
