The Garden suite is an annex which is attached to the owners house but is completely self-contained with its own separate front door and rear door to the garden.The rear garden is exclusively for your use with privacy assured by the owners. Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay and the garden is fully secure for this. You have total privacy from the owners house.The suite comprises a extremely large main room equipped with solid oak furnishings of bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, Leather sofa, table and chairs, LCD Smart TV/ satellite, a separate ensuite/bathroom equipped with shower and a separate kitchen area fully equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, combi microwave, fridge, kettle toaster etc. Wifi is provided free.For added luxury, you get the use of his and hers bathrobes and slippers.Outside you have your own large rear garden which has a hot tub with a wooden gazebo for privacy, a high quality rattan suite and a top end gas BBQ for your exclusive use (April to September) - no sharing the hot tub as in a hotel. As an optional extra why not order a special cream tea for 2 on your arrival to enjoy either inside the suite whilst looking out at the garden or if the sun is out in the garden itself. The suite is situated a very short walk from the village centre of Rhuddlan in North Wales just to the rear of The Ancient Castle and near to the river Clwyd. Within a 5 minute walk you have the choice of 4 pubs all of which serve food, a very high quality Indian restaurant, a good Chinese restaurant, a Table table restaurant, an American diner, plus numerous takeaways and tea rooms. The suite is at the start of a farm lane which leads onto numerous country walks down the river side with a number of cycle tracks for your pleasure.The owners also will provide free, use of their Tandem bike for guests or separate mountain bikes to enable you to enjoy the paths. You are welcome to bring your own bikes and secure storage is available plus washing facilities if required.A full welcome pack is also provided to help you settle in on arrival. On road parking is provided for guests.The suite is suitable for disabled visitors as it is a ground floor suite on one level.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review which i note. I must however reply to answer your complaints. Yes the back garden is overlooked however the hot tub has a permanent structure over it with a roof and has sides which help with privacy. Also, usually the large weeping willow tree provides a good screen however at this time of year it is not yet in leaf. The mattress is fine and is a very high quality Memory foam- I do know that if you are not used to such mattresses they can be a little strange to start with. Most who stay compliment the comfort but as the saying goes "you can't please everyone all the time"

“Amazing place”
What an amazing find in the centre of Rhuddlan. We booked to go away for a girly weekend and we were not disappointed. One of the best beds I’ve slept in. Big, light, bright room with privacy and a lovely big garden with a massive BBQ. The suite had everything you require and more. Hot tub was an excellent addition. Short walk to the castle, shops and restaurants and the beach just a short drive away. This accommodation also welcomes dogs, we will be taking ours on our next visit.
