This home is 20 minutes from Richmond International Airport and 30 mins. from downtown Richmond and the westend of Richmond. I am 70 mins. from Bush Gardens and Williamsburg, Va. and 20 mins. from Kings Dominion. I am 2 and 1/2 hrs. from DC. f you are a NASCAR fan, I'm only 25 mins. from the raceway. We live in a private neighborhood around a 63 acre lake. The home rests on 12 acres. Richmond is only 30 minutes away. We have plenty of parking in front of our home.
