Apartment on the ground floor of a small stone farmhouse, furnished with private entrance, in the locality of Rosano at 12 Km from Firenze sud, and approximately 2 miles from Pontassieve.
The living area consists of a kitchen with kitchenware and appliances, a dining area and a living room with a fireplace, where is located above a mezzanine of 12 sqm. with a bed for one and a half square and a small adjacent bath. The sleeping area is composed of an entrance, a double bedroom, a bathroom and another double bedroom with bathroom. The exterior has an outside area of 110 m2 paved in stone with a pergola covered and a barbecue over a 80 sqm garden. and a garage of 15 sqm. Next to the front door leads to a laundry room/storage room of 7 sq.m. The House is equipped with independent heating, washing machine, TV, internet WiFi in addition to linen for kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.
Its location makes it possible to make excursions either on foot or by bike starting directly from home. The proximity of Pontassieve railway station allows you to reach the Centre of Florence in 18 minutes and the motorway tollbooths in both North and South of the city of Arezzo, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno. Other nearby areas of artistic, naturalistic and ENOGASTRONOMIC are areas of Mugello, with her Medici villas and organic farms, the Casentino and the secular Forest of Vallombrosa and its Abbey, the Chianti and Val d'Orcia with its small medieval villages and its wineries. Also in the hot season, just a 30 minute walk or 5 minutes by car, you can reach the Olympic pool of Pontassieve with umbrellas, deck chairs and sun beds, and a large garden with trees. For those who love shopping in just 20 minutes you will find the Outlet The Mall and Fashion Valley.
