Cozy For 2 is the third floor of our home. It has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious living area, dining area with wet bar and a

bathroom. The bathroom is ceramic tile with large shower with ceramic tile seat. Our newest addition to Cozy For 2 is our OUTDOOR KITCHEN. The outdoor kitchen has a ceramic tile counter top with double sink. Get your mornings started sipping coffee and cooking bacon and eggs on the skillet watching the awesome morning sunrise over the mountains. The dining table is under an arbor with trailing vines and flowers. Beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies enjoy the arbor also. Sip on your favorite cocktail while preparing your evening meals on the gas BBQ listening to the sound of the Coqui's and views of the mountain lights. There is also a porch off of the inside dining area so you can watch the sunsets and take a glimpse of the ocean.

Cozy For Two is located in a nice, friendly, and family oriented neighborhood known as Parcelas Estela in Rincon on the west coast. You walk past 7 houses and you're at the Caribbean Sea. We are just a few minutes drive to some of the most beautiful beaches. Beach towels we furnish and we will gladly lend you snorkels, masks, and fins to explore the reefs and the underwater life. Most of the spectacular fish and other underwater animals can all be seen while snorkeling. Snorkeling trips to Desecheo Island can be arranged if interested. There are many nearby beaches to enjoy from sunning to surfing. Then come home to Cozy For Two and enjoy the outdoor shower and afterwards enjoy your cocktails on the side porch and watch the awesome sunsets.

We are within walking distance to restaurants, shopping centers, bakery, grocery stores, and the downtown area. All you need to bring is just a few clothes. Everything is furnished..shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, bikes, and all linens. Wi-Fi included.

Rincon is a very laid back little town and Safe. There is NO crime and you will find all the people are friendly and are willing to help you in any way. We have no stop lights yet! Rincon is not clustered with high rise resorts and hotels like the larger towns in Puerto Rico. Rincon is a small town, however, it is spread out for miles. I recommend renting a car so you can venture out and see what Rincon has to offer. You may want to visit other towns on the west coast of Puerto Rico now called Porta del Sol which translates to "Doorway to the Sun". Most of the natives speak English so do not worry about Spanish lessons.

Southern hospitality (North Carolina) is hosted by Jean and Harry Hopkins. We are happy to say after Maria we had very little damage. So we would love to be your host and hostess for your upcoming vacation. Your stay at Cozy For Two will be relaxing. Mingle with the locals around the neighborhood. Enjoy the excellent local food. Dine outdoors, listen to the coquis, and enjoy our quaint little neighborhood. If that is too soothing for you, you can venture off to one our of cafes that provide live music and dancing or try your hand in one of the casino's which are about a twenty minute drive.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jean (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
