This comfortable & modern apartment is located in a gated condo offering a swimming pool, sauna, fitness studio and even a small restaurant. Just cross Sernambetiba avenue and plunge in the beautiful sea water to forget everything; or just lazily lie on.
With beautiful unrestricted views of the beach, you can whip up a great meal in the fully equipped kitchen then enjoy it at the veranda overlooking the ocean.
Rio's well known tourist attractions such as the Sugar Loaf, the statue of Christ the Redeemer as well as Copacabana's famous new year's party are only a short drive away, so you can have a quiet beach holiday or join the party at one of the world's biggest party cities!!
If you come to Rio for business, this is a very good place to stay. After a long day of work, you can relax watching the sea and the wave movement, sitting on the balcony and having a nice drink. If you prefer, you can also relax in the sauna followed by a massage in the hot massaging pool. Or you can work out... If you are a sports lover, there is the club, just 2 min. away, where you can practice your favourite sport - tennis, volleyball, basketball or pilates or dancing...
If you come to Rio to stay a long period, we are happy to rent the apartment for long term. Monthly rental for 3 month minimum: $1350.

“Getting the best out of Rio”
This was a great place to stay - well-equipped, superbly located, plenty of amenities. The view from our flat over the ocean was superb, there were great restaurants nearby and good facilities in the condo, e.g. warm outdoor swimming pool, gym, hairdresser. Easy to get into Rio but not packed liked the tourist beaches. The hosts were fantastic - really made us welcome and did all they could for us.
