Apartment bedroom, well ventilated and lighted logo funds away from the noise of the street , kitchen with all appliances, bathroom with heating for water and gas will be made bath, bedroom with double bed and closet , cable and DVDs and air conditioning unit , residential building with doorman and guard 24 hours a day, located in Botafogo , bohemian neighborhood in the southern part of the city , the heart of Rio , close to metro station , with buses to all parts of the city, very quiet and safe street , opposite a large shopping cidade.Bairro with numerous theaters , restaurants , bars and a few blocks from the beaches of Leme and Copacabana.Infraestrutura with supermarkets and pharmacies throughout the bairro.Ciclovias also throughout the around the neighborhood with access to all southern and to the city center , close to parks like Flamengo .. great for biking .. the great advantage of this apartment is its location, close to the beaches , close to cinemas and restaurants , near shopping centers and venues and all structure around public transport beyond the safety of the neighborhood and the building itself .
