Description
The house, Villa Idrusa is well positioned, in quite area but not far from the heart of village San Foca, one of the most popular and beautiful place in Salento, whit wide, long, white sandy beach and a blue caribbean sea. Only 200 meters is the distance from the shore. The apartment has a nice garden to stay in the open air, 1 bedrooms, a spacious and wide living room with 1 sofa bed and a pouf that could be an extra bed.The apartment has got a bathroom with shower, a kitchenet whit dishwasher, a laundry with washing machine, a nice terrace whit a breakfast/dinign table and 2 armchair. The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture for dining and living. There's also a a barbecue, a garden shower, sunlounges, garden sun umbrellas. The garden, 300mq square,is a very nice and sunny place where you can stay relaxed. The apartment is cozy and polished, with all comforts also for beds equipped with orthopedic mattresses. San Foca is a fishing village. The sea is a protected marine park area whit clean and clear water and since 2006 has gained the awards "Blue European Flag" and since 20011 "5 vele" , two of the most important guarantee for italian shore. The services for tourists are adequate . Only 20' to reach Lecce and 15' to reach Otranto, one of the most beautiful fashionable town whit is historical old center where the XVth castle every summer there are exibition of the most famous painters in the world. All Salento is beautiful: you' ll find unique baroque cities with monuments, a wide choose of gastronomic routes with a high standard and a hinterland of rare beauty. San Foca is a ideal place for a holiday full multisensorial experiences.
