Description

Newly-built studio to rent in the tranquility and rusticity that is Punta Rubia, without abandoning comfort!Ideal for couples but as there is an extra sofa-bed they can accommodate three.

Studio is 40 m2, in a land of 3000 m2, has wooden floorboards and is fully furnished containing a double bed, a single sofa-bed, a breakfast bar with stools and a fitted kitchen (including fridge with freezer, microwave, oven and kettle).

The bathroom hosts either a luxurious bath or a shower with jet streams.

Additionally, there is wireless Wi-Fi included.

Big double windows connect the studios to a big decking area of stunning panoramic views!

Facing west, you can see the countryside and the sunset. Facing east, you can appreciate both the sunrise and the moonrise as well.We have bikes to lend, which are convenient to go shopping (the main store, in which you can buy everything you need, is only 200m away) or to go to the beach.

There are parking spaces for cars.

If you feel you'd like to try surfing, Eduardo (Director at La Pedrera Surfing School) will take you in our Volkswagen camper in search of waves, or you could rent a surfboard and a wetsuit (your size) from him.

For an additional cost, we also provide transport from and to La Pedrera; La Paloma; Punta del Este etc.

Cleaning service, linen, towels and breakfast, as well as air conditioning (all optional but with additional cost).
