ABSOLUTELY THE BEST LOCATION IN ROCKPORT - STUDIO RIGHT IN DOWNTOWN AND WITH THE ENTRANCE TO FRONT BEACH just across the street: you are in the middle of everything in our beautiful rental residence. Check the map. More quiet Back and Old Garden Beach are just five minutes away. This is the only rental residence right in downtown and right next to the entrance to beach year around. Our second rental is completely rented for another two years.Please read add carefully, see images and map, enter right amount of guests to avoid any misunderstandings. Our house, one of the oldest "father's" houses in downtown, is just next to the Toad Hall Bookstore, and all other galleries, shops, restaurants, and cafes in Cultural District Rockport around Motif Number 1 and Bearskin-neck.Rental Residence: Beautiful ground floor private studio/apartment: private bedroom/room with separate entrance, separate private bath with shower. The residence is hard to determine, it is studio, but doesn't have kitchen, it is one bedroom/room apartment with separate entrance, but there is no living room and kitchen. It was never problem, because you have everything you need including microwave and because we are right in downtown there is plenty of coffee places and budget places to eat or take out. Especially because in Rockport is no grocery store you can buy stuff for cooking. Please make sure to see the images to avoid misunderstanding.New queen size bed and mattress for 2 guests, futon, sofa, table, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hot pot, HD TV 40" with full cable package, wireless internet. Window air-conditioner. Please check the photos for accuracy and read the listing carefully to avoid misunderstandings and repeated communication.Parking: On street parking, because we are right in downtown.There is on street and without meter on street parking available in downtown on Main Street or behind corner on Jewett Street or Broadway Street. Please check the map. Also there is $10 per day parking lot above Front Beach. House is in walking distance from train. You can explore other seacoast's towns Gloucester, Manchester by the Sea, Salem. Boston is just one hour and ten minutes by train away. There is also Lighthouse taxi for $9 between Rockport and Gloucester if you would like to visit Gloucester restaurants, bars and music pubs.Rates: Double occupancy. Another person can sleep on futon. Additional person is $25 per night after 2 guests.In season rate is $175 per double occupancy, additional guest is $25 per night after 2guests, minimum 4 nights.Security deposit $250.House rules are posted in rental.
