Description

The apartment is situated in a quiet, non touristy part of Trastevere where you can soak in the roman atmosphere. It is a stone's throw away from the-one- of a kind boutiques, trendy bars and trattorias, and a short walk along the charming medieval roads will take you to the main historical sites. The accommodation is quiet and comfortable and within walking distance to the Garibaldi Bridge which connects directly to the historic center of Ancient Rome. It has been remodelled and refurnished (in 2010) in a mixture of design elements combining ethnic furniture and colourful pictures including a work by the Kenyan painter, Richard Onyango Odongo.
The apartment, situated in a non elevator building,can accommodate a total of 4 persons in its 2 bedrooms. All the rooms are accessed from a central corridor which has, at one end, a mini, built-in wall kitchen equipped with 2 stove top units, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a toaster oven and a washmachine.It is fully equipped, perfect for cooking basic meals like pasta, light lunches, salads etc.
- Bedroom number 1 (the rose room) has a French bed (55 inch) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and hair dryer;
- Bedroom number 2 (the gray room) has a double bed which can be separated into twin beds, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
The living room has a sofa/bed, a table that seats 4 and a TV. The apartment also offers Internet Wi-Fi (if you are travelling with your own computer);adjustable heating; an electric hot water tank which provides hot water; a washing machine and an iron and ironing board.The apartment has the flexibility to accommodate double or twin beds - perfect for a family, two couples or a group of friends.Conditioning is available for an additional charge of 5 euro per day. The hostess speaks English and will happily provide information on transportation and tourist attractions
