Description
This characteristic apartment is located on Via Conte Verde, in the Esquilino district, a short walk from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forum. The apartment has recently been renovated and is located on the ground floor of an Art Nouveau style building. It is comprised of a double bedroom, twin bedroom, large full equipped kitchen with dining area and bathroom with shower. It features Air conditioning, WIFI, Washing machine, TV. Its ceilings made of Roman bricks and modern furnishing complete the apartment. The neightborhood is full restaurants, shops, supermarkets and everything you need for you stay. Metro, train station and buses are really close The underground stop, a few meters from the apartment, enables connections with all the important places of interest of the Eternal City , but you can reach several important places just by walking as Colosseum far just 15 minutes walking.

“Perfect stay”
We had a wonderful week at the Conte Verde apartment. The central location made it really easy to visit most of the attractions on foot, the metro is also really close by and taxis were easy to hail from directly outside the building, so Rome was really accessible whatever mood we were in. Maria Camilla and Paolo's representative was friendly and welcoming, and her top tip was the amazing ice cream shop 'Fassi', just one street over. We discovered a fantastic seafood place literally round the corner, so even after a long day of sight seeing you can be confident of stunningly good food within metres of the apartment. The apartment itself was clean and pretty, and the air conditioning was a blessing. The location has a great mix of colourful characters, and we quickly felt very much at home in the neighbourhood, with shop keepers and restaurant owners stopping for a chat after just a few days of us being there. I even had my purse handed into the the local police station when I dropped it in the street outside the apartment, still with all the cash in it! Paolo was really helpful and accommodating and quickly responded to any queries, organizing also a pick up from and to Airport, so that the whole holiday ran very smoothly. We would certainly recommend the apartment, and would happily stay there again.
