Lovely apartment in villa with private entrance.
It consists of a large living room with kitchen, fireplace, wet bar, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and large walk-in closet. Private outdoor area with sofas and availability using the garden of the villa.
The position, vicolo del Casale Lumbroso, near Via Aurelia is very convenient being halfway between Rome and Fiumicino airport, 5 minutes from route of Brava and 10 minutes away from the Nuova Fiera di Roma.
The apartment is located in a quiet area that is why it is advisable not only to those who want to discover Rome convenient way (with private parking) and away from downtown traffic but also to those who want to stay near the airport of Roma Fiumicino (available on request, a shuttle service to and from the airports, the cost is $ 35) and a leisure located in Rome for businesswork and meetings, and even families with children (thanks to the possibility of the use of the kitchen and the cradle).
The apartment is perfectly equipped for short and long stays.
