Elegant apartment in Rome located on the slopes of Monte Mario, on which stands the Astronomical Observatory; immersed in the nature, in a private and quiet street, bright with fabulous views of the city. On the fourth floor (The building has an elevator) with wide view on some of the most famous places of Rome (San Pietro, Castel Sant'Angelo, Trinità dei Monti, Pantheon, Altare della Patria, Villa Borghese, Auditorium etc.) and the ancient via Trionfale through which the pilgrims from the via Francigena arrived in the eternal city. 90 m2, first bedroom, quiet and comfortable, with a double bed and large cupboard, lighted by floor-to-ceiling Windows, bathroom with shower and bathtub, hairdryer. Second bedroom, on demand, with double sofa bed and walk-in closet, bathroom with shower. For younger guests are available: high chair, baby bath, travel cot. You will find in the closet linen and towels for the change. Fitted kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Large living room with settees, satellite cable tv, wifi internet, and direct dial telephone. Dining area with views over Rome and a close up of St. Peter's dome, small balcony with relaxation area for smokers (as within are non smoking) or to enjoy a good glass of wine. Watch the lunar calendar, when you know the dates of your trip, so you'll know if you'll see the show that the full moon provides guests of VistasuRoma.
Air conditioning and heating.
The apartment is located in the Prati-Balduina, near the Church of St. Lazarus in Borgo (from the 12th century, where the pilgrims had to stand to be allowed into the city) at 15 minutes walk from the Vatican museums and St. Peter's Basilica, 15 minutes to Metro (stop Cyprus M.V. and Octavian), 6 minutes bus stop (495 direction Piazzale Flaminio-Piazza del Popolo), 10 minutes public transportation terminal in Piazzale Clodio (bus No. 70, 495, 23, etc.). Nearby there are grocery stores and supermarkets, also specialize in organic, with door-to-door service, one of them is 24h open.
On request we provide a transfer service to and from FCO Fiumicino and Ciampino airports.
Prices shown are for 2 people.
More people € 30,00 per night for each additional guest over 2.
Refundable deposit € 400.00. This deposit will be retained by holidaylettings and will be refunded to the guest, unless one of our claim.
Cleaning: for stays longer than 5 days to request we provide weekly cleaning service (included in price), for stays longer than 9 days, on request, provide the service of cleaning the price of €30.00, for stays longer than 10 nights final cleaning costs are of €30.00.
The entire apartment is at your disposal, you can enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi internet access, satellite Tv, telephone for local calls. And all the comforts offered by the House of VistasuRoma

The apartment is located in a quiet street, where it's easy to find parking, for those who wish there is a paid parking at 5 minutes walk. On request we provide transfer service to and from Fiumicino and Ciampino airport.


Smoking is allowed only on the balcony where you will find a table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the fabulous vistasuRoma, also with a glass of wine.



To get home from Fiumicino Airport with the local transport, the easiest and fastest is with a bus.
