L'appartamento, è vicino alla stazione Tiburtina (a piedi 10 minuti ca. o una fermata di metro). L'appartamento ha la fermata dell'autobus di fianco. La stazione metro Quintilliani è a pochi minuti e arriva a S.Pietro, Colosseo, Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, Musei Vaticani Isola Tiberina, Castel S.Angelo, ecc.
Villa Adriana e Tivoli con le sue celebri fontane sono a ca. 20 minuti di auto o di bus.
Dall'aeroporto Roma Fiumicino o Roma Ciampino si può prendere la navetta fino a Roma Termini, poi metro - direzione Rebibbia, fermata Quintiliani oppure il treno FL1 fino a Roma Tiburtina e poi a piedi 10/12 minuti o bus con percorso di 5 minuti.
L'appartamento è al 3^ piano con ascensore. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente. L'appartamento si compone di ingresso/corridoio, soggiorno/pranzo con divano letto matrimoniale, camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia , cucina, terrazzo.
