“a relaxing long weekend” What a perfect way to spend the Royal Wedding Weekend together with husband, brother and sister - in - law. Our cottage was so homely, comfortable and relaxing. Our welcome basket was filled with great goodies, includng muesli, marmalade and a good local wine. All the thoughtful touches in and around the cottage were all greatly appreciated. The grounds are so beautiful and tended to perfection, with fantastic views over the local countryside. We all felt utterly relaxed and recharged after our four day break. Nicky and George are so helpful, always having time to stop and chat and offer help and advise about the local area.

“Charming” Nothing was too much trouble for our friendly hosts, from the loan of a pair of wellies to advice about what to see and do in the area. We stayed in Grosvenor and found it stylishly and beautifully appointed as if we were staying in someone's home and not a rented holiday cottage. It was well equipped and the welcome hamper set us up with all our essentials. We enjoyed strolling in the Italianate Gardens after a day out and we didn't have to go far afield to find places of interest and wonderful scenery. We really liked having our own little courtyard garden to sit and have coffee in too. All in all a very pleasant experience.
