Sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms). Super bungalow within gated development set minutes from Helens Bay golf resort and a long sandy beach (7min walk). Open fire in living room with satellite TV/video. House features large sunroom with cane furniture which catches sun from early morning and opens out to a sheltered South facing patio. Sunrom is the room guests are drawn to where you can relax and read a book as the room absorbs heat from available sun. Some guests have loved its wealth of light and spent their holiday painting and sketching.

Ferry port of Dunlaoire in Dublin is a 2 hour drive.

Helen’s Bay golf (7 mins walk) course is very popular with the Philip Walton designed 18 hole links/parkland par 72 course. It's last few holes offer panoramic views of Helen’s Bay which envigorate any tiring golfer and hasten you on to the club house which shares a similar vista. The club house has a bar and restaurant and newspaper shop. All of the above facilities are on site.
There is also plenty of help to improve the golf with a driving range and professional tuition available.
There are 3 other championship golf courses within half hour drive – Rosslare golf course, Wexford golf course and Enniscorthy golf course.
St Helen's Beach is a beautiful long sandy beach 7mins walk, with rock pools that children can explore and discover the sea life. It is a great beach to step it out and breathe in the fresh sea air. Your walk can stretch to several miles to take you to Carne along the coast - invigorating.
There is a well stocked supermarket, post office and pharmacy 2 miles from St. Helens in Rosslare harbour. Here there is also a chinese take away.
In Rosslare (5 miles) the hotel there has an indoor swimming pool/jacuzzi/hot tub and you can pamper yourself with a thermal spa treatment.
Indoors: Leisuremax (Drinagh, Wexford town - 10min drive) has indoor adventure playground and ten pin bowling and multiplex cinema.

Johnstown Gardens and Castle
Saltee islands which is home to hundreds of gannets, puffins and seals.
Enniscorthy Castle has been refurbished recently and the rooms of Mr Roche ( who lived here early 20th century) have been recreated. There is a wonderful view of Vinegar Hill from the castle roof.
1798 Visitor center Enniscorthy informs the visitor of the significance of the 1798 Rebellion and the drive to democracy today. It is presented through an audio visual screening and interactive exhibits.
JFK Park and Arboretum - 620 acre park and lake where trees of great interest from around the world have been planted in memory of John F. Kennedy President of the United States from 1960 to 1963. THere is a visitor center housing an exhibition and audio visual show.
Kennedy homestead in Dunganstown, New Ross - birthplace of President John F. Kennedy's great-grandfather Patrick Kennedy where the story of five generations of the Kennedy family is related in the visitor center. The land is still farmed today by descendents of this historic family.
WEXFORD GARDEN TRAIL
– there is a diverse number of beautiful gardens open to the public from May to September which offer tranquil walks in woodland gardens, Japanese garden, Egyptian garden , mirror garden. Many are sensitively created using water features, stone lanterns and follies and have tearooms to relax after a peaceful walk.
