Luxury Cottage in a Glorious Sea View Setting
This enchanting cottage-style home overlooks the quaint St Helens Harbour and is just yards away from the beautiful golden beach and the ever popular St Helens Bay Golf Club.
The Cottage.
In this stylish home you will find all that you need for a relaxing break.
It has spacious rooms, private south facing garden, a delightful deck and a barbeque area for al fresco dining on those balmy summer nights.
The main room in the cottage is open plan and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area that comfortably seats 8, perfect for entertaining or family get-togethers, the Lounge has a cosy open fire and flat screen TV and the sun room has the most wonderful views over the sea and countryside.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a shower en-suite and overlooks a green area to the front of the cottage
There are 2 further twin bedrooms 1 with a sea view and the other overlooks the green.
On hot summer days you can dine outside on the raised decking area or stroll down the garden to the beach to cool off with a quick dip!

The St Helens Bay Resort With its 18 hole championship *golf course, *adventure centre, playground, football pitches, tennis and basketball courts and with beautiful beaches, walks and an *equestrian centre nearby makes this a very popular holiday destination for families, groups and couples alike.

Location
St Helens is an ideal location if you wish to explore Co Wexford with historical attractions like the Irish National Heritage Park in Ferrycarrick approx 25 km, or the wonderfully decorated shell house in Cullenstown.
Wexford is also noted its festivals two of the most poplar being the Opera Festival (October) and Strawberry Festival (June).
The neighbouring counties of Waterford and Wicklow also have a lot to offer. Just some of the reasons that Co Wexford is one of the most popular destinations in the Sunny South East.
Located only 5 minutes away from Rosslare Europort - the busiest port in Ireland. Go straight to Kilrane village and follow the St. Helen's Bay signs.
Dublin Airport and Dublin Port are a two hour drive away (some areas of Dublin are only 90 min away), follow the M50 , (M)N11 and the N25 (all roads join into each other) to Rosslare Harbour and take the second turn right at the new school at Kilrane village and follow the St. Helen's Bay signs.
Waterford Airport is only one hour away, follow the N25 towards Rosslare Harbour and take the second turn right at the new school at Kilrane village and follow the St. Helen's Bay signs
