Description
The Catskill Mountain View House offers secluded, end of road 9 acres with large field for play. Wonderful fire pit with no light pollution for enjoying star lit nights. A great rooms with loft ceilings, new designer kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances and fully equipped.Seating includes comfortable seating for 7+, dining table that seats 8 easily. Fabulous wood stove wood supplied. ..Large size deck and dining table for enjoying the outdoors. HDTV and Satellite radio, fast Wifi. 4 large size bedrooms so every one has some privacy. Newly renovated tiled bathrooms, one with extra long soaking tub. Radiant heated mud room for all the extras. Basement playroom with foos ball and other toys and washer/dryer. Woodland views in the back and fabulous Catskill mountain views in front. Enjoy the meditation bench at the top of the field for miles and miles of valley views. Guests comment most that they love the house, the views, how clean it is, how at home they feel, the extra touches and how it allowed them to reconnect with friends, family and nature.
We are near to all Roxbury area wedding venues, to 4 major ski resorts - Belleayre, Plattekill, Windham and Hunter. We have 4 nearby golf courses. Catskill Mountain State Park and Mine Kill State Park for recreation, as well as the rails to trails (19 miles for hiking, biking). kayak and fish on the newly opened New York reservoirs. One of the best dirt biking resorts (Plattekill). Other area activities - horseback riding, tubing and spa treatments in Phoencia. Shopping and multiple area restaurants are available in Margaretville - 12 minutes and Roxbury - 5 minutes. Shopping includes an excellent supermarket, farmers market, antiques, art galleries, Kitchen store, bed & bath shop, liquor store. 40 minute drive to Woodstock. 1 hour to Cooperstown - Baseball hall of fame.

“Best vacation!!!”
Beautiful house, every amenity,gorgeous views. Perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Owner was very helpful with local places of interest and cuisine.
