“Just Incredible...” Couldn't be happier with this accommodation! To start off the villa was in a great location (about 10 minutes drive from the main town), which was not a problem at all and was actually nice to be away from such a busy environment. A driver from the villa can be organised for a small cost which was very convenient when we didn't want to get the public bus. It was so nice to be staying right on the beach - and when you didn't want to swim in the beach we had our own private pool. The villas were extremely spacious with big beautiful bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The staff accommodated a few extras we had staying but we were all still very comfortable. Udith the Villa manager was extremely friendly and helpful, catering to our every need. It was always very nice to wake up and have a morning chat with Udith as he was always smiling and in such great spirits. The rest of the staff were also amazing! Always so friendly and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for better people to be surrounded by. The in house chefs provide excellent food - our groups favourite being the chicken sandwiches. It is nice to be able to order whatever food you want at any time. We were supposed to stay only 5 nights, but extended because we didnt want to leave. Would definitely recommend these villa's. Great for a group of friends or a big family looking for a relaxing get away and a great time!

“What a find - Amazing villa” Having been to Sri Lanka many times we were just amazed when we arrived. Set in beautiful secure grounds with a tennis court and beautiful pool the villa was more than we could imagine. It is huge so for 4 adults and 2 kids ample room. Pushpa the cook provided us with amazing Sri Lankan cuisine and could not do enough for us. Mr T was lovely offering us advice on any given thing. We had our own vehicle but used the driver to direct us to local temples, elephant rides, food markets. The kids loved playing outside and stroking Nangi the dog. When they were exhausted they could relax watching satellite tv with kids shows in the upstairs lounge room. The photos here show you a fraction of the villa there is much more to it. “A great twenty seven night holiday” This apartment is in a very central and convenient location. We were welcomed on arrival by the owner's son who conducted a very smooth introduction to the apartment and left us with the assurance that he was just a phone call away. The apartment is very comfortable. The sitting room with dining area and enormous Master bedroom with large attached bath/shower room has plenty of day light. The smaller second bedroom/shower room is just as comfortable. The apartment and furniture was clean throughout - we were impressed by the spotlessly clean interiors of all the cupboards on the premises. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances but cooking was not an option as the numerous food outlets at the underground Crescat shopping mall and within walking distance serves the apartment well. The underground supermarket/pharmacy is very convenient. The swimming pool was being refurbished so we did not see it, however, the Management office arranged for us to use the Cinnamon Grand hotel pool for a small one-off payment. Security for the apartment is very good - we felt very secure during our stay. Electricity is charged by meter readings on arrival/ departure which we found very reasonable as we used the aC, laundered regularly and ironed on a daily basis. The very accommodating owners installed a landline with incoming calls and at our request provided 2 garden chairs for the balcony. We cite these as examples that they did everything in their power to ensure we were happy and content during our stay. We were pleased to meet the owners who arrived in Sri Lanka towards the end of our stay and they were on hand to check us out at a time convenient to us. A delightful family who made our stay memorable and doing business with them was a pleasurable experience. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this apartment and look forward to returning in 2014.

“6 persons family from Poland” Hello, Geoffrey is very nice and helpfull guy. We were renting his property 2 times during visiting Sri Lanka. Goeffrey took us from airport and at last day to airport. Place is very clean and very nice. There are 3 bedrooms - all of them have big ceiling fan. There is also living room with satelite TV, toilet with shower, dining room, big kitchen, place to seat outside and super shower outside :)This place is not so close to the beach but You can easly take tuk tuk or rent van to travel from there - this is not so expensive. For us it was better to stay there than near beach and Negombo center. There are some board games and books which you can use if you want. - I can tell you that for sure that is perfect place to stay after landing in CMB and also before going back to home. If you need help Geoffrey will give you his card and you can always call to him - fo exaple we had some problems with printing tickets and he helped us.

“Amazing food, amazing staff, amazing holiday” We booked a holiday with Lalith over Christmas. It wasn't at this villa but at the "sister" which is five minutes away and worth an enquiry if this one is full. It, too, has all the amenities shown in this one including pool. We were five adults, two children and a baby and all of us were looked after by Lalith and his staff. We ate amazing freshly cooked Sri Lankan food every day, you ask them to cook whatever food you like; foolish not to eat the local curries and dal. We were never hungry! In addition, the drinks fridge stocked full with beer daily! Chandana, was very helpful in organising the day trips to the beach and turtle sanctuary as well as trips to the supermarket to stock up on nappies etc. This was a brilliant and relaxing holiday created by friendly and helpful staff! We will definitely be returning and will recommend this place every time.
